i have to agree with most everyone else. Do not like the new homepage. too cluttered and the background is too busy. we should be able to just have a nice plain background and be able to put our stuff where we want it.
Please change the Home Page back the way it was… this new home page sucks, it hurts my eyes and makes me want to puke, who the heck designed that page, WTF where you thinking?! If the dumb designers of this page have no clue, someone at pogo needs to, your new page was a waste of time and money, and you may loose alot of customers and not gain new ones if you continue with it, period.

lots of complaints and, as usual, pogo isn’t listeniung. seems to indicate that pogo doesn’t care what we think as long as he continues to collect our money. well, when my renewal comes up in may, there will be no more money from me. do i sound angry? you’ve got that right!
I agree with Buella – I like to see my mini when I log into the Home Page and it is down too far to see it fully now, and the graphics are too large on the page and take up too much of the space. Make it more compact and let us choose the Home Page we like:) What a concept – Listen to your customers:) We love Pogo so please love us back:)

Please please change back, to cluttered, if you must keep it, please please allow us to rearrange settings to what works best for us, and also change the background of our home page, stupid monkey and balloons is not going to cut it. I like things simple and am not going to be happy with anything near inappropiate due to my religious beliefs.

The games I play the sides and bottoms are cut off. So I can’t see the buttons on the bottom and comments on the side. Can’t get into some of the games like I use to.

How is this page better?? Now you have to select a new screen to see all of the games that were on the orginal homepage as well as our favorites. In fact, the favorites took up a whole lot less space and didn’t have as much junk by them as they do now. Give us the old homepage!

I don’t like the new home page. It seems to be too gaudy and cluttered and since I am an adult and can choose the games I like to play, I don’t need recommendations in bigger than life balloons. The games I like to play cut off in the middle, usually when I am winning and some games won’t let me access the “you’ve won” for token credit or totals. When the screen was more compact, I didn’t have to switch pages to get to games other than on my favorites list and since I am not senile, I do remember what I have played without that ridiculous ribbon at the top. I have been a POGO member for 11 years and there have been many changes. This is by far NOT the best one.
Customer service should mean something to POGO like it means something to all of us who PAY to be Club Members

Just change it back to the way it was and focus on in game play, freezing, not loading, lost connections during game play, the list goes on and on concerning what needs to be “fixed” and what you “THINK” needs to be fixed was NOT the “new” home page!!!!
Oh and this morning MY FAVORITES are gone but recommended games are there, in their place. I don’t need your help in picking and playing the games I enjoy.

I agree. I hate the new page, and probably will not resubscribe. The changes add no value and make finding the things I enjoy much harder. I will not spend more time on the site (if that is the intention of creating this mess} = this is frustrating so I will spend less, or maybe none.
Have used in for a few days now and still don’t like the new home page, agree with all who say too cluttered. Also really tacky of POGO/EA Games to have their ads as the centerpiece of the page, just trying to sell us more. I used to enjoy seeing my mini and changing it seasonally, and would spend gems for some of the goodies. Now it’s moved down and smaller. Very annoying. Was going to get my sister-in-law a subscription as a Christmas gift – not now.

What in the world have you guys done now? My favorite games are gone and I can’t edit them to put them back. The stupid recently played line at the top is showing all games that I NEVER play. I am really regretting renewing my subscription (for the 11th time). Pogo is NO FUN anymore. If you are trying to run your players off, you have a good start here.

I don’t even play any more. Every time I login and see the home page, I can’t decide what game to play. They took away the numbers that I used to randomly select a game. I love so many. How about a random game suggestion that shows up each time we return to Pogo?

Wow. What the heck did you do now? You go offline for maintenance, and when you come back, the new and unimproved home page is still there – but now it’s even worse than it was before! Out of the five “recently played” games at the top, I’ve played two recently. Those two show as not being favourites. The three that are not favourites show as being favourites. My favourite list itself is completely messed up! Not only are those NOT my favourite games, but I have NEVER played a good deal of them. That’s as far as I looked before feeling a vent wanting to come out. I’m sure there’s plenty more really messed up stuff on that crappy new home page. I am totally wasting my money on Pogo these days!
Yep. I was right. Even more screwed up after further inspection. I can’t play any games! I can’t get to my favourites because they’re not on my favourites list, and the alphabetical and categorial lists won’t load. GEEZ!!! Going off to my other game site, which hasn’t been improved. If anyone wants to join me, it rhymes with lamesville – but unlike Pogo – it isn’t!

I agree with everyone else. HATE, HATE, HATE your upgrades!!!!! All favorites are gone. Can’t even play my favorites because they freeze up in the middle of games, all the time. Had to spend $400 to get a tech to try to get Java to work with Pogo just so I could play my favorite game, Boardwalk Seaball and everytime I play it it freezes in the middle. Going to have to try and find a different game site to play on now. Pogo you sure screwed things up now, but good!!!!!!

I also hate the new homepage. It does not fit the screen and if I reduce the size then the games are to small for me to see. I have several eye problems and need a large screen.

The new home page is too much. I don’t see it being streamlined. Now your server is down. What is going on at Pogo? I enjoy playing games on Pogo but all the changes and problems are getting to be too much.

I too do not like the new home page. It’s backwards, cluttered, and looks like a cheap afterthought. I don’t like that my mini is below my field of view. I don’t see the logic behind having to choose and then activate and then start the daily challenges. The chat room lists often do not load and virtually all the games I go to load very, very slowly if at all. It just looks very cheap and is not user friendly.
Damnit Pogo, I’ve spent a small fortune on my mini and the items for her. When I click on my homepage, I should at least be able to see it at the top of my homepage. Why on earth would you think that the “latest news” is more important than what we spend our money on on YOUR site? I can get over most of the changes, even though my favorites now look like they are for a two year old, but not the mini. There is just no excuse for that crap!!!!!
