The team is aware of the following issues and actively investigating these problems:
- Black screen
- Merge Academy garbage can issues
- Pogo Daily Sudoku not saving progress
- Sweet Tooth Town not getting credit for levels in Surprise Challenge
One additional issue that we’re actively investigating is the forums. You may notice that the forums don’t load or you get a loading error intermittently. Our team is actively looking into this issue and once we have more information we will share it with you.
And lastly In the forthcoming weeks, we will be implementing a series of updates to enhance our user experience. These updates will specifically affect the Player-to-Player MnM Gifting Messages (Club-only feature) and Inbox Messages & Gifts from Pogo (Free/Club).
- Player-to-Player MnM Gifting Messages: We will be removing the “reply all” and “forward” buttons, while retaining the “reply” button. This will allow players to continue replying to gifts from friends, simplifying the communication process.
- Inbox Messages & Gifts from Pogo: The “reply”, “reply all”, and “forward” buttons are being removed. These functions have been found to create confusion among users since they didn’t function as intended. For any assistance needed, players can reach out to pogo_sconnie or EA Help, ensuring that support is readily available when required.

Welcome to the Construction Zone! Here is where you will find the latest on game updates. What is currently “under construction” on Pogo? As often as I can, I’ll sit down with the Pogo team and get the latest info on which games are being worked on and what’s coming. I will always post more details when I have them available. Please understand updates are subject to change.

- The Sweet Scoop Treasure Chase begins 2/21!
- Usher in the new year with a sugary delight! See you at the ice cream parlor for the new Sweet Scoop Treasure Chase, where you’ll be able to earn a new animated Reward Badge and more when you complete 12 hidden gaming Challenges. To figure out the Challenges, you’ll need to decipher all the clues. Each completed hidden Challenge earns you a new Badge revealing part of a larger picture. When you finish the whole picture, you’ll unlock the treasure and complete the event.
- The Stained Glass Badge Collection is coming 3/1!
- The new Badge Collection is packed with 50 Badges showcasing bright and colorful designs, while featuring some familiar friendly faces as well. Each pack includes 10 Stained Glass Badges with matching gaming Challenges.
- Pogi Constellation 25 “Phil the Kraken” is coming 3/ 4!
- The Constellation of Fia the Entwiner will soon depart. You have until 11:59 pm on March 3 to complete any and all Pogi reward tiers you have left. Don’t miss out — there’s still time to earn more power-ups, Badges and Pogo Gems. On March 4, a new Pogi Constellation will shine in the skies above. All Pogi counts will be reset, giving everyone a fresh chance to climb the Bronze, Silver and Gold prestige levels and unlock a new selection of stellar rewards.
- The Knitting Glory Badge Marathon is coming 3/13!
- Get your heart racing in the newest Badge Marathon! The Knitting Glory Badge Marathon is now live, featuring six new Challenges running through Snowbird Solitaire, Solitaire Blitz, Garden Blast, Thousand Island Solitaire HD, Peggle Blast HD, and Mahjong Sanctuary. Complete all six Challenges before time runs out at 11:59 pm on March 19. Follow the link below to get started and track your progress. The Challenges may be completed in any order you like.
- Merit Badge Event is coming 3/20!
- Hunnie Badger is getting ready to earn new Badges for her sash, and you can join the fun! The Crafty Critter Merit Badge Event arrives March 20, with new Badges and Pogis to earn as you take on new skills like woodworking, glassblowing and candlemaking. You can join the fun by taking on new Challenges throughout the three-week event. You’ll be able to choose from completing three free Challenges or one Premium Challenge each week to earn your own Merit Badges. Complete all required Challenges before time runs out to capture the grand prize – the animated Super Scout Badge!

- The Love’s Aflutter Celebration event is running now through 2/20!
- Take flight with Coulis and Bien-Marie as they share a selection of Valentine’s Day delights in the Love’s Aflutter Celebration! During this 10-day event, you’ll float through 18 Challenges to earn a sweet suite of Pogis and new Badges.
- The Sweets for my sweet badge collection is running now through 2/25!
- A timely new Badge Collection is arriving soon, and it’s full of sugary love! The Sweets for My Sweet Collection features 50 new Badges, each showing off a delicious Valentine’s candy paired with a fun gaming Challenge.
- The Pogi Constellation 24 – Fia the Entwiner runs now through 3/3!
- On January 18, a new Pogi Constellation will shine in the skies above. All Pogi counts will be reset, giving everyone a fresh chance to climb the Bronze, Silver and Gold prestige levels and unlock a new selection of stellar rewards. Earning Pogi rewards is as simple as completing new Daily, Weekly, Premium and Event Challenges in your favorite Pogo games. The more Pogis you earn, the more rewards you unlock.
- First Class Solitaire Challenge Bundle is running now through 3/12!
- Travel the world in style with the new Luggage Tags Collection for First Class Solitaire! Each Badge shows off a snazzy Pogo-themed luggage bag inspired by Garden Blast, Jungle Gin HD, Sweet Tooth Town, Poppit! HD and Peggle Blast HD.
