Tell us a little bit about yourself: I am a mother to two beautiful kids daughter 17 and son 15, I have five fur-babies three cats and two dogs. I’m a full time Psychology student and love it. I have a collection of dvds well over 300 and TV box sets around 20 different TV shows. I’m addicted to Pogo badges. I love the challenge of getting them every week. I have found a site that has all the badges listed for each game and a badge tracker so each time I get a badge I can mark it off. I have printed the badge list out and it was over 500 pages. It sits on my shelf in a 4 in. binder. The tracker hangs right beside my desk on my bulletin board.

What was your first memory of Pogo? Staying up all night playing with my sister
How did you come across Pogo for the first time? My sister (rottiluvr5) was a Pogo member and she kept telling me how fun it was, she sent me a free pass and I was hooked.
What was the first game you remember playing on Pogo? Poppit!, there’s something about popping those balloons. LOL
What is your favorite Pogo game and why? I don’t have a favorite, I love almost all of them
What is your least favorite Pogo game and why? I least like word games like Word Whomp
Pogo has lots of features – Games, Chat, Friends, Tokens, Minis etc. … which is your favorite? Friends, I love meeting people and I have became friends with soooo many people I have met on here. I’m in a league, The Gateway, and was even a host for about a year but I had to take a break once I started school but I hope to start again. I have met a very special friend on here who at first we met every night from six till ten and to this day we are still really close, I would be lost without him. He has helped me through so much, and I know he’s always here,but yet he’s someone I’ve never met or even talked to other than on here, but I wouldn’t trade our friendship for the world.
What makes Pogo unique for you? The games, you never get bored there’s always something you can do.
Do you have a favorite room? If so, which is it and in what game? I don’t have a favorite room as long as I’m with friends I’m happy.
We know Pogo’s has been around for 15 years! How has your life changed since 1999? I got married gained 3 stepchildren, moved to NY then back to NC, I have a beautiful niece now and another on the way, I’m back in school, lost friends gained some, lost family members and friends
Who’s your favorite Pogo character? Nestor
What goes on in your mind when you’re deciding how to dress your Mini? I dress my Mini depending on the season
Do you have a favorite Pogo memory? I have a few, the nights my sister and I played all night with each other, the night I met my special friend and the days and nights I’m playing with my Gators.(The Gateway League)
Have you made any long-term friends on Pogo? Yes I definitely have my fellow Gators and gphmah
Do you do the daily Challenges? I do sometimes it just depends on what they are.
Are you a Club Pogo member? Why or why not? If you are Club Pogo member, what about Club Pogo enticed you to join? Yes I am, I love the badges I’m addicted to getting them.
Have you ever forgotten to do something important because you lost track of time on Pogo? LOL yes many times, I don’t know how many times I just lost track of the time.
What makes you a unique Pogo fan? I don’t think I’m unique, I’m just here to have fun and if I meet a new friend that’s a bonus.
Do you ever eat while you play? If so, what’s a favorite “Pogo” food? Yes all the time, I normally eat my dinner while on Pogo.
Do you read the Pogo News? If so, what do you like most about it? Yes, I read the Pogo News. I love the Player Spotlights. I miss Nettie.
Popping balloons, swapping candy, or playing cards? I love them all!!
Do you attend Amazing Mini shows? Why or why not? No I have never attended one, I don’t know why I just never have.
Puzzle Games, Board Games, Word Games, Card Games or Solitaire? All but the word games lol
Have you ever had a life changing moment on Pogo? Everytime I meet a new friend was life changing..
Do you have any additional thoughts or anything else you’d like to tell us? I just want to say Thank You for Pogo!!!
Hello Heather and congrats on your wonderful Spotlight feature! I am also a full time student working toward my bachelors in psychology and a second bachelors in Social and Criminal Justice. Pogo is my favorite stress-buster when homework has my brain feeling like mush…lol
You sound like a super fun, upbeat lady….so deserving of the spotlight :D

It’s called a badge book. Go to badge central and you can look at your badge books and see what you have/don’t have there.
