While the new design is straightforward and should be easy to navigate, we want to call out some of the highlights:
Most Recently Played Games Bar. Placed at the top, this bar allows you to add these games to your “My Favorites” list by simply clicking the little ‘heart’ icon in the upper left corner. Now you can quickly get to your favorites, and add new favorites to latest discoveries!
Bigger Spotlight and News Section! See top Pogo News stories as soon you as visit, and preview Spotlights using the icon bar, or just wait for them to scroll through on their own.
Member’s “My Stuff” on the Middle Left! Find your Mini, your token and gem counts, and other important account information.
Challenge Information on the Right! Find all your current activated challenges and recent badge information
Navigation Tabs! Choose between “Favorites”, “Categories” and “Games A-Z” We’ve added game icons to the “Favorites” tab so you can see the visual representation of those games you like best!

I use google chrome and when I logged into POGO today I could not believe the mess of the home page. However, I looked at it using internet exployer and it is not bad at all, The chrome home page is all over the place. Hopefully this will be addressed as I prefer to use chrome.
Hate it! Poor design and poor attention paid to Pogo’s customers. No one likes it! Change it back. Oh… and fire your web designers, they are costing you too much.
I have read about 2/3 of these comments, and NOT ONE was positive. If you don’t QUICKLY change it back for us, you are going to lose MILLIONS of dollars from loyal customers. But if you’re just TOTALLY STUPID, you won’t do anything about it. WE HAVE SPOKEN.
I really, really, REALLY do NOT like the new home page. It’s ugly… the recently played games is a total waste of space… put the mini back at the top… put the games list back like it used to be! The changing ads for games to buy, etc. is soooo ugly, please move it!
The new Favorites List is terrible, what a total waste of space! Bad, bad design… really, the old page was so much better!

I do not like it. I don’t think I should pay for something I don’t like. Bring the old and better format back.
Please back-out your recent changes to the homepage. It’s not logical or pleasing to the eye.
The new page does not load right. I think that is why most people, me included, hates it. I noticed that the bar on the top is not the same. The last two items load in a second row below the bar, and that causes everything else to be offset. That is why the challenges are loading bottom left instead of top right. I deleted java files and still does it.
I hate the new format. Please go back to the original home page. Also, there are so many games that I am unable to load. When they come up, i click on load game and nothing happens. Is it just me or are other members having trouble, A few of the games load as of old but I cannot get Mahjong to load at all . the solitair game are also bad. Please correct these problems or I will be one of your customers that leaves due to poor handling of old problems.

I usually don’t comment but I have to speak up now. I do not like your new format. I don’t know what pogo is thinking or are they? I joined over 10 years ago and it was good then. I don’t know who you have working over there but someone needs to go and leave things along as they were. If they don’t go then I guess I will have to go. I used to enjoy logging on to pogo but now it seems to be a hassle with freeze ups, change in your formats, etc. People who pay for this should have some say so in the matter and I see that we are being ignored. We can ignore pogo and not renew. Bring back the old formats!!!!

The homepage itself is a huge FAIL, made so much worse by the handling of the communication/customer relations.
And the prize for sheer slick crassness in its attempt to manipulate consumer reaction goes to ….POGO!

OK. Cleared Java again and cleared cookies and internet files and now it looks like its supposed to. Better, but still don’t know why you have to mess with something that is not broken.
Why the change? the old home page was neat & compact. This new one is toooo spread out & messy. Please consider at least compacting the items so we do not have to scroll forever to find what we want. This new page is also hard on the eyes. Thank you
Can’t Pogo leave well enough alone! We didn’t like the color letter change on chat and I am sure MOST of us don’t like this homepage layout! Leave things alone, we are paying for this, listen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everybody!! If your home page doesn’t look like the pogo example, if your challenges are bottom left instead of top right, clear java files, internet cookies and temporary files and it will correct the issue.

I’m not particularly fond of the new home page. I don’t like all the white space, it seems jumbled and crowded. If you are going to have a list of Favorited games, make it a SINGLE LIST, not 2. I think the MINI should be the CENTER of attention of the page, not the games liked.
This redesign could have and should have been better thought out, and using the INPUT OF THE CLUB POGO MEMBERS!
I think that 95% of the comments on these comment pages suggest that you should rethink you’re restructure.
Awwww come on people the new format of the home page is great I love it. The original page was boring and no fun at all I did not like it at all. Now we have a brand new home page and I think it is wonderful. I like where everything is on it especially where your mini is and the gems are it . Pogo has the right to do what they want here and they have added a new front page and Pogo I hope you stay with it because it is soooooooooooooooo much better to find things. Hey things change sometimes you got to deal with it or don’t play pogo. WTG POGO about the heck time u did something about the front page format I LOVE IT

I am working on adjusting to the change and I will get use to it. But, it is so busy! I find it hard to locate things because there is so much on it.

It seems like Pogo is changing things just to be changing things, trying to keep it “fresh” and “interesting” simply because they want to – not because WE wanted it. Count me as another player that doesn’t like it – please change it back.

It’s not streamlined, it didn’t have me in mind, and it’s definitely not modern. Seems like just a mishmash of jumbled up stuff – no organization toward ease of play. Please rethink this and make some changes that actually help.
It sure seems like most of the members dislike this new homepage. I wonder if Pogo will listen and put the old one back. It appears that Pogo doesn’t care what the members like or want, they do what they want only. Or follow the minority.
I hate this new page MOST people are right handed and the lay out is more fore leftys It was much better the old way. Whoever thought of this design must have been a lefty PUT the challanges back on the left and all will be fine….
I dont like this new homepage. The first thing I would see on the old one was my Mini (which said it was my homepage) Now the last thing I see is my Mini. *which says it is not my homepage but yours). You just let me use it, so please change it back. Thank you for your kind attention.
i don’t like the new page its to tasking for us old folks.and its harder to find anything and to white.
I have a suggestion to help make the home page more user friendly.
Would you consider adding a tab to hide the Most Recently Played Games Bar?
This would be similar to the tab in embedded games to show or hide the Friends Bar.
It would help the many players now have to scroll down to see their mini and Quick Links.
Please pass this on to the homepage developer.
Really DISLIKE this new homepage: the “white” as stated by others DETRACTS,and absolutely HATE the Favorites! Don’t need them to be so LARGE!EVerything now on the right is what was on the left,and everything on the left was on the right! Really enjoyed the old homepage-can’t improve on perfect, so why did you try? We have 3 Club memberships, and I wish you had gotten feedback from members before you made the change – don’t we have ANY rights?You know, preview the page,ask for people to vote on it?!?!?

I’m with the other 2400 + subscribers. I don’t like the new page. It’s too spread out. I don’t need to know which games I played last. I don’t like having to scroll side to side to read what’s on the page, and I never thought I’d find the daily and weekly games. I’ve complained about the slowness of several of the games I play, and I’ve followed the suggestions of your tech crew – to no avail. I won’t rejoin when my subscription is up in February. I am disappointed with the “new look”. If you value your ‘customers’, you will listen to us !!
I’m with those that don’t care for the new look. Also, I’m curious why we need three areas to find the games, when we were fine the way we were, when they all showed, no clicking tabs to find the things.
The last visited games at the top, do they really serve such a great purpose?
The letters in our in box, now we have to scroll down to that area, when before, it was right there.
I am also unhappy with the new Homepage! White is not a good background color for text…the glare is horrible! I am just not impressed and wish that Pogo would quit feeling that everything needs change all the time!
It’s too bad you are “exalted” to introduce this new home page. “Ashamed” would have been a better term. I have rarely seen such a glum, badly thught out and ugly home page. I joined Club Pogo because there was to be no advertiszing and yet on opening the new page, the first thing that pops up are “thinge” for sale !!!!! The player is relegated to second spot…. nice for us ! Bring back the old page while you try and think up something better suited to announce Club POGO. No kudos for this one !
I, Personally dont like the new homepage of club pogo. Alot of my friends feel the same way we think the old page is better please change the home page back to old home page u wanted comments and reconsider ur home page old is better
I just find it hard to understand why so much time and energy was put into something that wasn’t broken- The home page was just fine as it was, in fact- ALOT better than this new
busy/confusing/ version. Why not devote time in insuring the games load/their aren’t any
glitches in the weekly badges and things like that??? As several on here already said-I sure hope all this ‘negative feedback’ isn’t falling on deaf ears.
