While the new design is straightforward and should be easy to navigate, we want to call out some of the highlights:
Most Recently Played Games Bar. Placed at the top, this bar allows you to add these games to your “My Favorites” list by simply clicking the little ‘heart’ icon in the upper left corner. Now you can quickly get to your favorites, and add new favorites to latest discoveries!
Bigger Spotlight and News Section! See top Pogo News stories as soon you as visit, and preview Spotlights using the icon bar, or just wait for them to scroll through on their own.
Member’s “My Stuff” on the Middle Left! Find your Mini, your token and gem counts, and other important account information.
Challenge Information on the Right! Find all your current activated challenges and recent badge information
Navigation Tabs! Choose between “Favorites”, “Categories” and “Games A-Z” We’ve added game icons to the “Favorites” tab so you can see the visual representation of those games you like best!
As like the thousands before me, I also hate the new Homepage. Firstly, it doesn’t even look like a Homepage. The first thing you should see is your Mini, the way it was before, as well as the Badge Challenges, which is what makes the “Pogo” experience fun. We shouldn’t have to scroll and scroll to see our challenge progress. You have also destroyed the “Friends” page. We shouldn’t have to scroll and scroll down it either, nor should we have to filter through multiple pages to find the friend you are looking for. Obviously you have made the entries too large, so that things don’t fit properly on the page anymore. I sincerely hope you take these comments to heart.

Please listen to your customers! No one likes your new Home Page because it is so confusing, not at all logical, and dysfunctional!!! Please consider giving us back our old Home Page!!!
This new home page is just a hot mess. It has no visual appeal and looks like something an eight grader would slop together. Pogo should give people the option of reverting back to the way the page used to be set up for everyone who dislikes the changes as much as I do.
I do not like the new Pogo homepage. It looks cluttered and is very confusing. Sorry to see that you changed it.
its a shame that as members we don’t have any say in the changes. if they had taken a poll to see how many would like this change, they would have realized we like it the way it was. if you don’t work to please your paying customers, they will shop elsewhere. pogo needs to really listen to this and let the voices of its members be heard. why give us minis if now we can’t even see it unless we scroll down. funny how all the ads are on top and the stuff we like as members has been pushed out of sight….
This isn’t good or bad. It’s just the way of things. Nothing stays the same. Change has a considerable psychological impact on the human mind. To the fearful it is threatening because it means that things may get worse. To the hopeful it is encouraging because things may get better. To the confident it is inspiring because the challenge exists to make things better.
No one likes it! Put the old home page back.
Well it’s not the end of the world as we know it. I don’t particularly care for the new home page but I can get used to just about anything. My mom, who is 86, does have a problem with it. She isn’t that computer literate and hates any kind of change that makes an already difficult and sometimes confusing job, even more so.
Based on all the comments here, I think EA Sports and Pogo have little choice but to go back to the old homepage to keep their faithful fans happy. But the big question is…will they?

sorry pogo, not really liking the new page, I’m sure you could implement small improvements over time and I realize change is never easy to accept at first but…this is all over the place. I personally like the old version, it was never confusing, it was simple and that’s why I purchased a membership, I too will have to think about renewing my membership when it comes do if I find i’m getting more frustrated than happy while playing on your game site
I really don’t like it..and since the change I can’t get into any of the rooms to play..I can only play the games I want by hitting the play bar..not a fan..
The new format is colorful and confusing, however it just doesn’t feel like a home (homepage). It’s scattered. Please change it back, or make it close to what it was before. Please.
I do not like the new page. It is like being in a movie theatre in the front row where everything is too big and hard to read. I may have to think twice about renewing my membership. I find the last year Pogo has changed too much for the worse.
There are only four or five games that people really like to play anyway. Is it worth making everyone mad? Someone stupid is working for you.

well it appears that the majority DO NOT LIKE this new layout…I like to see my challenges etc on the LEFT side cause most people read left to right….I’m sure you won’t change it back, but consensus shows…we Don’t Like it…so quit fooling around with stuff that ain’t broke…lol. Just very confusing personally.
This is awful! Its confusing and hideous looking, If this is not fixed soon, I will not be renewing my subscription!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just wanted to say, its very different, I had no problems finding the challenges. Will definently be a home page to get use to. I admit some changes may appear fantastic at first, but may not always be fanstatic. Its hard to have a business and put members first, cant please everyone. Feel those that want to leave just because this upsets them, will be missing out, and its not worth that dramatic scene. All I ask is not to raise my yearly subscription, I feel I pay a nice price to be here as it is.

I am joining the vast majority and believe me you will find out that more people dis-like this “new and exciting” homepage than like it. You have suceeded in making look like a clone of the “non-paying” homepage….if that was your intention good job…we pay so that we do not have to be assaulted withthe in your face ad banners…yes the original home page had a banner that quite frankly made me wat to look at the things presented..this one makes me want to click into agameas fast as I can. Why you felt the need to make our mini’s and badges so unimportant I can not begin to fathom…
Rather like when the Coca-Cola decided to change their provwen formula, this was an ill thought out idea. Be smart like Coke was admit your mistake and retutrn to what your customers want and pay for.
I read left to right not Left to Right.. What the heck we’re y’all thinking??? Geesh the pogo mini isn’t important..this is too unreal. Like someone up above said, they are wondering if renewal is worth it.. well I am too. I’m due in Jan.. I really have to rethink this, because it gives me a horrible headache!

Don’t like it. The old one was simplier, this one is too busy.
Please return the home page to its proper format. Whoever designed this change did not have the best interests of the members in mind.
I’m just so upset about this bright white background and the blazing yellow junk in the middle that I don’t care about. I know what I play and I can find it the old way. This is bad for migraine sufferers.. BAD BAD horror. Get rid of this junk. Who ever thought this up needs an education on what migraine triggers are. I’m doing to delete my charge card and I’ll see what you do by Jan 2013.. 8 yrs down the drain I feel it coming.. darn shame I feel like the others above wrote, fix what is busted b4 you pour money into this stupid change..

Bring us back the old home page!!! Obviously you never heard…If it ain’t broke don’t fix it! The new home page is is not user friendly especially to me. I am a long time pogo user and am seriously considering getting rid of Pogo, we pay a premium price to play here and don’t get premium service.

I hate it. Can not see the amount of tokens I have. It is very faint. It is awful. Whose idea was this? It was good the way it was. Put it back.

The home page is ridiculous. Do you honestly think putting all that garbage at the top of the page will make people buy more on your web site. That’s all your trying to do is brain wash pogo users to spend more money. What you have done is alienate the whole pogo community. I for one WILL NOT renew my subscription unless u start repairing what’s wrong with the games.

Why did you have to go & mess up something that was perfectly fine the way it was?? I along with many other Club Pogo members prefer the OLD HOMEPAGE which was much better organized & easy to see mini, favorite games without having to scroll. The new page looks TACKY!!

New Format is terrible! Pogo get a clue that a lot of us are older people and the nasty white page is harder to see.
Horrible!!! It doesn’t even look like what they show here in the picture!!! Top line with the “home, friends, ect” is so stretched out it goes into two lines!!! Even my friends page is way off like this!!! Please bring back the old way! WE PAY FOR THIS AND is the WORST CHANGE you have done in the years I have been playing!!! Can’t find anything anymore!!! As soon as my subscription runs out, I will NOT play here anymore and will not recommend this to anyone!! Again, this is HORRIBLE!!!!
I absolutely HATE this! It is UGLY to the max and inefficient. Why not focus on fixing ongoing technical problems instead of wasting money on a ugly new home page with ads? I will be looking for an alternative game site in spite of being a Happy Pogo member for years. This is the final straw.

The new page is a joke. Why cant they just leave the games and all the rest just the way it was. I dont think I want to be any part of pogo if this is what they are going to keep doing to us.

I agree with everyone.. myself, I logged out n re-logged in thinking something was wrong.. there is Defin. something wrong.. this is aweful.. and VERY very hard on eyes..
I have a headache now.. and only read halfway down the page.. I sure do hope they (pogo) READ all these comments.. Do they not realize that MOST the people playing DAILY are elders? I mean really now.. Kids are in School..(even tho if they are playing mom n dad paid their script.. this is OUR entertainment.. well.. for a-lot of us anyway.
Agreed, there’s not much to be said about the service here.. with emails.. good luck! I would say go to live chat, you have to be an active member tho.. If everyone clogs the lines with voicing their feelings, maybe they will get a clue?

I do not care for the new format. We should be able to have the option of staying with the old format or choosing the new one. If it’s not broken, don’t fix it. Not everything new is an improvement. It’s only in the eye of the beholder.

i do not like this homepage and it is screwed up just like the friends page. i tried everything i was told to try and fix it, but i still have each part of the page below the other. so i have to scroll up and down to get my info. there is things like the amount of friends in pogo that are out there by them selves. my help and account buttons do not work
I hate the new homepage!!! I wish you had warned us you were going to change it and at least ASK for our imput! I’m SORRY I renewed my subscription last month…and since there are NO REFUNDS I guess I’m stuck with the new changes. $39.00 dollars wasted!!!!
Just admit to yourselves this was a bad idea and put it back the way it was!
