While the new design is straightforward and should be easy to navigate, we want to call out some of the highlights:
Most Recently Played Games Bar. Placed at the top, this bar allows you to add these games to your “My Favorites” list by simply clicking the little ‘heart’ icon in the upper left corner. Now you can quickly get to your favorites, and add new favorites to latest discoveries!
Bigger Spotlight and News Section! See top Pogo News stories as soon you as visit, and preview Spotlights using the icon bar, or just wait for them to scroll through on their own.
Member’s “My Stuff” on the Middle Left! Find your Mini, your token and gem counts, and other important account information.
Challenge Information on the Right! Find all your current activated challenges and recent badge information
Navigation Tabs! Choose between “Favorites”, “Categories” and “Games A-Z” We’ve added game icons to the “Favorites” tab so you can see the visual representation of those games you like best!
Do you remember when pogo was really fun, and they actually had… JACKPOTS…? Then they took away the counter to the jackpot, ended the $4999 jackpot and said it would be more fun because more people could win prizes? Where are all the extra prizes??? We can’t even play all the games without paying extra!!! They keep trying to suck more money out of us. Oh, and on a lot of the new graphics pages, there is no pause button or new game button, it doesn’t keep track of game progress etc. Now they screwed up the home page. HORRIBLE. NOT FUN.
The old page was perfectly fine. Now it is a hassle to locate what I am looking for. I am very displeased with the change. PLEASE bring back the old layout!
i agree with most people this is confusing, why work on something ws good work on the games that a lot of people have trouble playing and alos with the game freezing up go back to the old way

Hate it! Hate it! Hate it! – Old home page was just fine. Been a member since 2003 – Had I seen this before November 1st I would have never renewed my membership and unless it gets a whole lot better I will not be a member this time next year.
Just as most of the comments here, I too am not happy with the new homepage. It is too confusing, too busy, too much white is hard on the eyes and requires way too much scrolling up and down. It is not what I would consider user-friendly.
I really would like to see the previous homepage brought back, it is much easier to navigate, is much better organized, and easier on the eyes than this new one. It was very user-friendly.
I also, do not like this new page. It flows poorly, and I can not find the things I want. Pogo needs to stop ‘fixing’ what works, and start fixing what isn’t working. Bring back the old page!!
If Pogo is going to make it so that the Club Pogo homepage is almost exactly like the ugly, non-paying Pogo homepage (the only difference being that non-players get bombarded with constant, annoying ads for everything from housecleaning products to insurance plans, whereas we now get constant, annoying ads imploring us to buy downloads and forcing us to look at the latest “Pogo News” in the same annoying large, white space), THEN PLEASE LOWER THE YEARLY FEE!!! It’s too much money for such ugly and totally uninspired placement of game features. The mini avatar is now placed way too low for the paid member’s enjoyment. POGO, I AM SO OVER YOU!!!!

I didn’t complete my weekly personal challenges and now they are gone. Can’t find them anywehre. I don’t like this new format.

The dislike for the new format looks unanimous. Will pogo listen to subscribers or continue with it’s unrelenting campaign to place more ads in front of our eyes attempting to get us to spend more cash. You’re getting kinda greedy pogo. At some point this is going to cost you some of the business you already have.

I dislike the page. It looks cluttered, confusing, and disorganized. I kept wanting to go to home only to realize I was there!!! Who designed this??? To many pictures, different colors…whose bright idea was this???
It sucks got to change things all the time cant just leave things alone and to thing we have to pay for this
Need I say more, please go back as before, this is a total mess. and do something about the Help issue, its really not any help to anything, we need to be able to contact and talk with a live person, you are going to lose customers if you aren’t careful.
One look at this new homepage and I hate it already. Can’t find anything with ease now. Bring back the old one! I never did care for the recommended games. Now that’s first thing you see. I’ll choose which games I want to play. Have to look to find the daily and weekly challenges.
Ok…day 2 of the new home page and I STILL HATE IT! PLEASE change it back! The new scattered unorganized homepage is KILLING my eyes! IF you really want to be fair about this…. give the members a chance to vote for going back to the old page or keeping this new HORRIBLE home page! I am soooooo peeved right now since I JUST renewed multiple memberships. Unless something changes back, I will NOT renew next time around! Quite sure I can find another game site out there that is more “eye friendly”! sign me…ANOTHER unhappy gamer!

I do not agree that the site was redesigned. I find nothing at all. All things are totally confusing. I want the old Pogo back. Slowly, it is no longer fun.
As a graphic artist, I too have to join in the ranks and say that this formatt is the worst design I have ever seen on the Pogo home page. It looks cheap, and NOT organized, only confusing. I have to say also, for the last 2 years or so, the badges also have been getting cheap looking. Now, they are usually a tiny slice of the worst part of the art board. What happened to all the great artists that actually did some fun badge icons? So many games aren’t adding ranks anymore. Spooky Slots, Jungle Gin, Spades, the list goes on. It really does feel as if Pogo turned quite impersonal, when it used to feel like a fun little community. Please Pogo, bring back the quality that you used to strive for. Not all of us play on Iphones. WE need the REAL POGO!!!!!!

I also hate this new page. I agree with a previous comment about why fix what’s not broken. I think this was designed by someone who doesn’t even use pogo. It is hard to navigate, hard to find the games, & looks crappy. Bring back the old!!!
I don’t like it either. I thought it was just me. It almost reminds me of a barebones web site that isn’t really Pogo (don’t know how else to describe it). Hope someone from Pogo reads these comments and puts it back to the way it was.
I hope POGO actually reads these comments and pays attention. When 99% of people hate the way it looks, they might want to listen. UGLY, busy and distracting.

I have never been so excited for a membership to expire! With all of the changes and not for the good, I deleted all of my payment information. I AM NOT RENEWING! Way to go POGO!!!
I will not be renewing also!! All these changes are very frustrating and half the time my games wont load

Geez, it appears that everyone feels the same, the page sucks. Thats being kind It is not laid out very nice. You can not see how many people are playing your favorite games, which I like. The huge ad takes up alot of space which means more scrolling to get to want I want. Its obvoius, Pogo did not test this page with real clients.
I too have tried to post and it stated you are posting to fast. Really, that is a stupid comment, but it should let Pogo know, it screwed up majorily.
Can anyone tell me how to get to anything on pogo? Not with the new home page I’m sure.

Terrible layout, changing the main page to this was a very bad idea. Pogo games were easy to find and easy to get to. Dont change what’s not broke.
I had rather have a live person to chat with about anything “POGO” than any change. This is a “hot mess”!!!
I totally agree with all the negative comments on the new home page. I too feel if it stays I will not renew. I can see trying to make things better, but this is most confusing and looks like a jumbled mess. Come on Pogo….stop trying to change things….
It’s pretty obvious that the paying cuatomers are not at all happy with your “improvement”…methinks it would be wise to listen to the people who keep you in business.
My two cents; this is horrible. I have been dismayed by the changes and the poor customer service. This new layout is awful. Too much white space on the left, and now it won’t allow me to sign-out. When I tried to purchase a gift subscription it went to my account. When I called I talked to a rude individual who claimed to have fixed it – but not appropriately. This is it for them getting any money from me.

Pogo, a suggestion FIRE all your programmers. This new homepage is the worst of all. All your changes have caused frustration and aggravation. What kind of a company makes things worse for their customers instead of better?. Start asking your customers what they think, customers are usually right. All the comments I read about your HORRIBLE HOMEPAGE are right. POGO LISTEN TO US!!!!
Pogo will not listen to us, the customer, as we are idiots who blindly follow the pogo gods. The pogo gods made the Forums so we will think we are being heard…instead we are being herded.
What happened to the weekly challenges? I can’t find them. Let’s face it, those of us that play POGO are unlikely to be very computer competent. DON?T GIVE US A HARD TIME. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”. Give us back what we’re accustomed to, please. Otherwise you’ll lose a lot of customers.
This does it! first they change the sign on and now this changing the layout of the home page.
When my renew comes up I’m not going to renew unless they change it back.There was nothing wrong with the home page.
