Introducing the New Club Pogo Homepage!

We are excited to announce that Club Pogo has launched a brand-new homepage. Designed with you in mind, the new page is streamlined for ease of use, and modernized for a fresher look.

 

While the new design is straightforward and should be easy to navigate, we want to call out some of the highlights:

 

Most Recently Played Games Bar. Placed at the top, this bar allows you to add these games to your “My Favorites” list by simply clicking the little ‘heart’ icon in the upper left corner. Now you can quickly get to your favorites, and add new favorites to latest discoveries!

Bigger Spotlight and News Section! See top Pogo News stories as soon you as visit, and preview Spotlights using the icon bar, or just wait for them to scroll through on their own.

Member’s “My Stuff” on the Middle Left! Find your Mini, your token and gem counts, and other important account information.

Challenge Information on the Right! Find all your current activated challenges and recent badge information

Navigation Tabs! Choose between “Favorites”, “Categories” and “Games A-Z” We’ve added game icons to the “Favorites” tab so you can see the visual representation of those games you like best!

  • I really dislike this new pogo layout. I agree with majority of the people here who mentioned that it was disorganized and all over the place. In my opinion, I think it should be replaced with the old layout. I had no problems with that one and neither did other people. Please revert back to the old layout, Thank you.

  • POGO I have been with you since before there was a “CLUB” POGO.I survived after 5 years of faithfull service,(i call it service because we pay all the way)..i got kicked out for something I was NOT GUILTY of.But this takes the cake my friends.no no no no no…do not do it PLEASE….It is not opnly disturbing but it is very STUPID.that little box at the top is fine then just list the events of the day and week then let it go! really this is just making someone trying to convince you that they need this job and if they get it our membership will go up daddadadadada and blah!! see what i mean? we service you and like dummies we pay to do so.why do we pay if we all complaine?because we all made life long friends (in some cases) we consider you one of them so please leave the page alone keep it simple…the news pages are great and we go there for info.   • Why can’t you ask those of us who PAY to play here if we wanted a change???? This new format is confusing and it’s awful! How could you possibly know what is important to us without asking??

  • I’m posting too fast?? What is this, grade school? Pogo you have really messed up this time. Did you call Zuckerberg and ask what the best way to lose customers was? Why mess up something that was working perfectly fine. This is just stupid. As a paying customer (until my subscription is up anyway) I am highly dissatisfied with your attempt to change this for the better. Fire the 10 year olds that are working on this and hire some adults and put it back like it was and concentrate on fixing the games!!

  • I have opened this page a few times tonight and I have to say if you don’t change it back or change it to something better, you’re losing my business. I have spent a lot of money on your site and I LOVE Pogo but the complete disregard for customer satisfaction is being shoved in my face at this point. I can’t even play till next Wednesday and cross my fingers that you change stuff Tuesday night because every time I open the page and see how it looks I just get more and more annoyed.

    Your business is going down yet you still do whatever you want without consideration for your customers. A CUSTOMER service business that people pay for should listen to their CUSTOMERS! You know you don’t sell anything we actually NEED, right? So your customer service and satisfaction should be top of the mark to keep the ones you have happy! Just make sure the last one out of Pogo turns the lights off.

  • Took me forever to find the Daily Drawing place today. Why do you continually mess with what isn’t broken? Change it back. Really makes me think if I will renew my subscription when that time comes….

  • These changes are terrible. Pogo, more and more unnecessary changes make me give thought to leaving Club Pogo – that’s a loss of membership and gem purchases $$$$$ …. Making changes likes these to justify jobs are working against Pogo… just sayin’

  • I’m sorry….I find the home page distracting and messy. It feels so unorganized and does not show what is important to the customer (at least me) without scrolling down. I don’t even want to go to it and if I didn’t have to at least at first, I would not.

    • and….I’m disappointed that the players were not shown the changes and allowed to choose. Since I’m also having problems with games, with JAVA and with using your new help menu, which is no help at all……I won’t be renewing.

  • I don’t care for the new format at all. It’s very hard on the eyes, unattractive and not as easy to navigate. Change has nothing to do with it. Poor choices in change has everything to do with it.

    Since we’re talking about change and returning to the old ways, how about bringing back the old Tumblebees. Really used to enjoy playing it but hardly ever play now since they changed it a while back.

  • I don’t like the new home page at all. It doesn’t give you enough info and you have to scroll and search. Please reconsider changing the homepage. It wasn’t broken, and it certainly is not an improvement, so just leave it alone. It looks like a child’s site….

  • What you need in the pogo organization is some teambuilding, a focus group etc, then get to work and represent your members. Get a graphic team and look at your color style, it is weak and blah looking in most areas, not to mention the whole change to imbedded games. You brag of how many members you have, look how fewer play daily in your numbers. And by all means make it easy to be reached by phone and email. You have players from many countries, people want to play the games, not read constantly of changes that your staff members come up with. Stay with what people like! I been a member since pogo started, today was “the final straw” with the new home page, Aufwiedersehen und gute Nacht!

  • Ewwww! Icky! It sucks.

    1. The “recently played” at the top is awful! And these little dialog balloons keep popping up out of it. I dismiss them, and they come right back. Grrrrr. I KNOW what games I recently played. And a lot of times, I don’t like them – just played for a challenge.

    2. Hate the white space. Hard on the eyes – especially late at night.

    3. Don’t like having all the challenges moved to the right. Not easy to see.

    4. Don’t like having a tab for favorites, which are too big and take up too much space, and a tab for the regular game layout. I liked the faves and regular game categories on one page.

    Look, Pogo. We pay you good money to have a good site. There are TONS of things wrong with the games experience, from loading problems to tokens/badges/ranks not behaving right. There are no NEW games worth playing. Just flash games from elsewhere, which can be played for free in a number of places. The members have begged for mini closet organizers for years. Oh, no, you don’t have time/resources to do that. But you have time and resources to eff up the home page!!! Good going, Pogo. If you aren’t TRYING to kill the site (and it could be that you are), you are doing a good job of it anyhow.

  • I can’t see my mini at all unless I scroll. That’s just wrong! I agree with most of the other comments I have read. Get with it Pogo!

  • This is the pits. We are tired of changes. As a senior, I find this completely confusing. Put it back the way it was. We never had to scroll to see the whole page. Our favorites are way tooooo big! Why can’t you leave well enough alone? I have been here for 8 years now and I also have never complained, but this move is ridiculous. You always talk about your loyal players so maybe you should consider us loyal players when you want to make such a drastic change. I also do not like the embedded games. They are hard to get into. Wait until you reach the ripe old age of 68 which is what I am….perhaps then you will understand how easily we get confused.

  • WOW, Who ever came up with that NEW HOMEPAGE really needs some help. I liked it the way it was.It was alot easier to read and find your own stuff. Now it looks like some little school kid tried to do something snd totally messed it up big time. It’s way to spread out and just flat out ugly. Please POGO do something to fix it.   • This ‘new look’ reminds me of a boss I used to have….his motto was “If it ain’t broke, fix it til it is”. There was nothing wrong with the old page. This new one is all over the place, the favorites list is HUGE! and takes up way too much room, it’s confusing and hard to find things. Give us a break and listen to us for a change and bring back the old page please.

  • I agree with all of the above posters about the new homepage. It is atrocious looking, disorganized, cold and unfeeling, confusing- not user friendly, the color is horrible/bland-not like our original homepage which was so warm, friendly looking and colorful. I glanced at all of the posts on this page and I could not find NOT ONE positive comment about the new homepage. Hmm, maybe when my club pogo membership is due, I will not renew it unless it is taken back to the other warm, user friendly format.

  • Icam with the majority here. This change is the straw that broke the camels back. I’ve been a faithful member for nearly 10 years now and have earned over 3K badges (I shudder to think of the money I’ve spent to earn this many). I will miss pogo, but it’s become like smoking. As much as it saddens me, I’m not going to be renewing. You can’t release a new game anymore that doesn’t involve gems. The $40 a year I pay leaves me one question … what am I paying for??? The embedded games are very cheap, boring and difficult to load. I don’t think we’ve had an actual pogo game since Balloon Bounce! The only plus side to this is knowing how much money I’m going to save.
