Member’s “My Stuff” on the Middle Left! Find your Mini, your token and gem counts, and other important account information.
Challenge Information on the Right! Find all your current activated challenges and recent badge information
Navigation Tabs! Choose between “Favorites”, “Categories” and “Games A-Z” We’ve added game icons to the “Favorites” tab so you can see the visual representation of those games you like best!
This new style homepage that pogo has made really sucks. They need to change it back to the way it was.

It is hard to talk intelligently about the new home page since it isn’t conducive to what members and non members wants. I hope you take heed and listen to us. We don’t like the homepage or games in this format. Someone said for you all to fix the games so they function correctly. Half the time I don’t get my bonus points so what is the use in playing them. Has this been job security for your employees? Maybe your staff is to large. The ones you have aren’t fixing items that need to be fixed. I don’t like it either.

I don’t know who Pogo is using to design what is presumed to be a “user-friendly” page. This certainly is not user friendly. If I were in charge of Pogo, I would fire those smart people who designed this page. Judging by the comments, most of the Pogo users feel the same. This totally sucks!

Guess you never heard the old adage “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it”. Been here since 2001 and loved the homepage the way it was. This is blinding! Too bright for these old eyes!! Any chance we can have the old one back since as you can see we are not happy about this. I can find everything ok but it’s just not as convenient as the old one.
I, too, do not care for the “new” look of the Home page. Its too cluttered, so busy that you can’t see anyting. Why are the games like canasta not loading? When I logged in tonight I had no idea if I had to sign in or if I was already in pogo. Could not even find the sign in area. The old saying applies here……..if something is not broken you do not fix it. I am trying to stop something and I cannot locate where or who to email in pogo. Your taking money out of my account for games I do not want, and I want this stopped and you have not replied I also want the news letter and when i ask for it you tell me I am already receiving it, well, if I’m receiving it, I sure don’t see it.
New page not a good idea. Too busy. print too large. Been having trouble with getting games lately. If I hadn’t just renewed I would not renew. Can I get my money back? Don’t care if I loose everything.

I also dislike the new home page format. Change is never comfortable. I suppose that I will eventually get used to it, but having navigated around, none of the changes seem to be an improvement for me. Though I do have a number of gaes chosen as my favorites, I play many different games. I like having both my favorites and all games by category listed on the same page. The big icons across the top of my most recent games is annoying – I have never used these. I can remember what I have done recently. I’d rather be able to see the rest easier. I don’t usually have my window open to full screen, so it took me some time to find the challenges. It will be a rare occasion that I can see them any time I open the home page. All in all, the new home page will require more clicking & scrolling than before.
The usual goal of changing a website is to improve it for customer ease of use, or increase traffic and profit. I have no problem with a company doing the latter, but I am definitely not a fan of decreasing ease of use in the process.
I do not like the new format for the homepage. i find it confusing and very cluttered. It is a lot harder to find what you are looking for. Bring back the old homepage.

First of all, to all those complaining: if you’re rude & insulting about it, do you really think they’re going to listen to you? I know I wouldn’t. That said, I don’t like the new format either. Instead of being easier to navigate, it is much more difficult. I really don’t like the “recently played” list. Usually, the games I most recently played were ones I needed to play for badges & have no desire to play again. Also, the huge news section is very distracting. The old home page was simple to get around & figure out how to do what you wanted. This just looks like a disorganized mess :/
I don’t like the new page at all, not one bit. I can’t find things, I don’t want you suggesting games to play. Facebook does that and it pisses me off no end. I’ve got a brain, I know how to use it. QUIT trying to think for me. I don’t want recently visited games across the top. I know where I’ve been, I don’t need you to tell me. I liked the old page as it was. My yearly is supposed to renew in a few days. I’ve been a member since July 2001. 11 years. I won’t be at all surprised if and when you up membership fees to pay for the manpower to create this new page that none of us asked for but you want us to pay for.

New page , not good, I find I csn’t play the the game I pull up, have to close the page before anything comes up. PLEESE give us back what worked so well.
Looks like the boss’s son or daughter needed something to do! We do not pay for games so that you can change things every time someone thinks they have a good idea. Ifeel like the majority of your customers are older people and we do not like change that is not for the better. It would be great for a change not to have problems playing these games we have payed for and can get no help when there is a problem. It would be much more thoughtful for your paying customers to have a page where they can actually get help from someone instead of these people thinking of ways to change what we already have and enjoy. Please new and different is not always better.

I don’t like anything about the new Home Page. The first 3 days you changed it I thought my pogo acct was not working and now I can’t find where my friends are playing.
Old eyes have trouble with white and I’ll bet most of us have old(er) eyes. I hate all this white too. I usually don’t complain but I figured if enough of us do then perhaps POGO just might pay attention so, for the record, I would also like the blue old page back or an option for it. Pretty please!?!?!?!?!?
Well lets see how long it takes for you to change it back Pogo considering how many of us hate the new homepage design. $40 a year to see something I can see on Facebook for free. I played on Pogo because it was different! First rule of business is that the customer is always right! Well guess what Pogo, you’ve got a lot of unhappy customers right now!

You can have a every member on pogo saying they do not like the new home page . But pogo does not care what any of you think . All they care about is the almighty $$$$$ . And have no respect for their customers . They do whatever they want , when they want . Already you can not play most of the new games . And things are only going to get worst . So we are going to see if pogo does listen to their customers and put the old home page back . My guess would be that you will not see the old home page back up again . If pogo cared about their customers they will listen and man up and change it back and say We do listen and we are going to change it back .
And if you’re reading this anyone at pogo: what Helen said is EXACTLY why Chrysler went into bankruptcy. I rest my case.
Do not like this new homepage. Would not have renewed if I knew you were going to do this. will not renew next year. Too many changes that no one likes. If it works why keep trying to change things. You only make it worse. Your technical people obviously do not have enough to keep them busy.
DO NOT WANT! I like, apparently, many others will be cancelling subscriptions we’ve held for multiple years. The page is confusing, not well thought out and just plain wrong. Bring back the old homepage and stop trying to fix what isn’t broken.

I can already see the unhappiness here by the growing number of complaints, including mine, about the new Pogo format. Complaints mean people will think twice about renewing subscriptions…Is the new format worth the bottom line? Mull that over and then change it back. TY

OK, first of all, my new home page looks nothing like the example pictured in the News article – or the accompanying video. My current challenges are NOT on the right side, they are on the left, scrolling down 3 screen lengths of white space until I can see them at the bottom. All I see of my mini is the top of her head. I have bits and pieces of the old home page stuck in various spots at the top, Sign Out, My Account and Help do not work from the home page. I have to go to View My Profile first to look at those pages. The “News” box at the top is unnecessary, since clicking on the gold Pogo News tab accomplishes the same thing. Recently Played Games? Why would you need to tell me that? The Favorites tab is OK, but the font is way too large and the Play button often takes you somewhere other than the game you’re trying to get at. Overall, you dropped the ball big time with this latest change. How about using your resources to fix the elements of Pogo that actually need some work? What a concept!
I really REALLY DON’T like this new look for the homepage. When the challenges and the Badges were on the left of the screen, it made things easier. Also, I liked the games divided into sections all on the front page like they were, not under tabs. Now that they are under tabs, it is an inconvenience to find games that may not be on my favorites list. And personally, I do NOT care what I have been playing. I do not need a bar to tell me–I already know. Please put it back the way it was.
I hate the new HOMEPAGE setup. It is terrible and confusing. I posted one reply, and of course, when I got through and submitted it, it showed “error” I posted too quickly. I think it is awful. Hard to find messages. Way too much stuff. WHY since ORIGIN took over is everything going downhill??? It was bad enough when EA Arts had it. Tokens don’t amount to much anymore, mini items, etc. are more costly, as well as gem items. I agree with the one that said “we should have been able to vote on this change” we do pay money for this game service. I played in two other game websites before I came completely over to Club Pogo and I can go back again.
Challenges are too hard. Albums are full of the same old things, etc. We never have MAHJONG
Garden challenges, and I would like to know why??? It is hard to get any help with this website. Now, I am going to submit it again and see what happens.
I have a great idea. FIRE all these people that want to keep changing everything & then you can lower our subscriptions.

I am shocked at all the negative – and angry, remarks on the New Pogo Homepage. First, it’s just a homepage, everything is there. I do not see why so many view this set-up as a problem. It is easy to read, is arranged in a simple-to-follow format, and helps the player quickly select their next game. I do agree that having the Challenges dangling at the bottom of the page is awkward. One of the first things I do is scan them to make sure I am completing each one on time. Just move them up.
Give me a break C.Cox !! I am not shocked that you are a Pogo employee shill – we see right through you!! This thread is for paying members who have legitimate issues with Pogo.
I usually don’t complain…….but I feel I had to this time………this new home page is AWFUL…..We as PAYING Members want a home page that looks different…Now this new home page looks NO different than the Free Home page that comes up on any one of the search engines….
This website belongs to it’s members…..if the staff at EA would have taken a poll…..It could have saved the company a lot of time and manpower hours it took to come up with something the members don’t like……..EA What a Waste of time, energy, and money…Shame on you…..

So I’d say that it’s just about the same as the page a few days ago except things are just shifted around a bit. I guess my only thought would be “why do it”. I guess I would say that it’s like asking a 15 year old to clean up his room and all he does is move the mess to the other side of the room. Same stuff, different area of the screen. It’s fine, but the other page was much more…something.

I understand Pogo wants to update the look of the site. But instead of putting up something that everyone hates why not brainstorm up a few different homepage designs and let everyone poll on what they like. I dont ever remember getting an email or reading anything about asking your members would want in a new homepage, after all we do pay to use the site….Just a thought. At least in the mean time please soften the white on the homepage. Just a few suggestions…

I’m a paid member and I buy gems. But I haven’t been happy with Pogo this year either. My membership is up next month and I think I’ll just let it drop. After all these years….

1st you change the friends page. There is no way of deleting ppl that put you on their friends list. I have 86 ppl that put me on their friends list and the majority of them are not pogo players anymore…so now im stuck with all those ppl..FIX THAT AND GIVE US BACK THE OTHER HOMEPAGE…THX

Just watch….The editor will put the 5 people who claim to like these useless changes in the “Letter to the editor” column as if it was the majority sampling of Pogo users. THEY ARE NOT! You should be ashamed for doing that! You fool no one and you do this weekly and it is infuriating as it is fraudulent! You have lost all your credibility with your “letters to the editor”. These changes in no way benefit your paying subscribers.
Get your priorities straight you are losing members left, right, up, down, and center.
