I’m really not liking this update, either. It had a nice bright green/blue hue, which is still at the very top and bottom, but now it’s a depressing awful grey color everywhere else. I like my challenges on the left, now they’re way over on the right and it’s a mess.
Wow, I have got to agree with the majority here…this new homepage is not good! I have tried for hours to find something positive or good about it from my point of view (the customer)…just not feeling it. Why is everything flipped from one side to the other? Why is “MY STUFF” way down on the left? …messages, guestbook, mini, gems, etc. is really tucked away or seems like an afterthought. I should be able to recognize my homepage when I sign in…not have to scroll down the page to find my stuff! While ALL of what others are complaining about is true…I could probably live with most of it…but not the things you changed and misplaced that makes this MY homepage. This was really a bad design. Upon signing in…At a glance…without scrolling at all…certain things should be visible and accessible. Sorry you missed the mark with this one. Hopefully you are willing to consider the comments and feedback that you are getting and make the necessary corrections.
Exactly…I want MY STUFF at the top of MY HOMEPAGE. There is way too much other stuff at the top of this page. I don’t need or want to see all this other stuff. I know what I played last.

I don’t like the new homepage. Who’s homepage is it, mine or Pogo’s? I was under the impression that it was mine, I guess I was wrong. I want MY STUFF on top, not all of Pogo’s games. I may not renew Pogo, because it keeps changing and I don’t like the changes. I agree with nearly every comment I read. It’s too bright and confusing. Hopefully, Pogo will change it back.
This was a big mistake and by big I mean Huge. I hate it. I want to see my stuff when I log in to. I don’t want to read all that crap either. Looks like you want us gone from the homepage. Decreasing mini events & mini releases (or release old stuff), shoving us down almost to the bottom of the left side of page. Beefing up the games though well stick them at the bottom of the page. Change it back.

POGO – please bring back the old format – it was simple and user friendly. I liked having my mini near the top and badges where they were. I actually tried to refresh the site hoping it would go back to normal. No luck =( If you don’t think the site needs to be changed, let your members vote. We had no say in this horrible format. Give us our say.
It seems like the only ones that like the new homepage are POGO. An excellent example of MORONS AT WORK. Not all nerds are smart.
Wow, when I log into pogo, I thought omg something is wrong so i clicked on home page icon again to see what was wrong …. I agree with everyone, I DONT like this new homepage either. Bring back the old one.
One of the big sites like My Space or Face Book came up with the more “white space” idea. EAGames is just stealing their idea – no one liked it when the first person came up with the ‘original’ idea. So why would you follow suit and copy a known failure? Wow! Your paying for some really low class design work.
The old pogo club home page was so very nice, organized, easy to navigate.
Why in the world would you move BACKWARDS? Why would you take a good home page and make it horrible?
I guess my next question is do you give a hoot EAGames? This is NOT Pogo, not anymore!

I was totally confused when I first logged on. The whiteness hurts the eyes and the new layout is not working. I must agree with the majority that I do not like the new changes.

I do not use the favorites list and do not like being told to add games; even worse is the recommended list, which I cannot remove! So many things are wrong with this and Ijust would like to see the game boxes at the top taken off and get my mini back where it belongs. This new setup is awkward, ugly and a big waste of space with so much white at the bottom.
And what is this nonsense about posting too quickly?
If Pogo absolutely can not leave the home page alone ( despite the pleas of your customers), just simplify. Stop cramming more and more useless information all on one page. This new page is cluttered, confusing, and busy/childish looking. Honestly, it makes me not want to come to the site.
The most common problems, we the gamers take issue with are the following:
1. I do NOT need or want to know what games I recently played – useless.(and right at the top of the page no less)
2. I do NOT want to see advertisements which is the large center of the homepage. This does not compel me to purchase items – the opposite is true. I will NOT purchase. Aggravating.
3. I do NOT want to see Pogo News etc. at the top of the page. I come on to Pogo to play games.
4. I DO want to see my mini at the top of the page.
5. I DO want to see weekly/daily badge information at the top of the page.
6. “My Stuff” should be the first things we see on our home page – “Pogo stuff” should be at the bottom – where we can see it if we want but are not bombarded with it.

Excellent in a nutshell but I suspect Pogo top men will laugh it off if they even read it. Too bad as so many of us have really enjoyed Pogo until its new ownership has worked more successfully each day to wreck the enjoyment.

Also, as paying Club Members, we are paying for “NO ADS” why is my homepage now cluttered with yours? I didn’t mind as much when it was a small bit that didn’t displace MY information. As others have stated, MY Club Account, should have MY Club info top center … WHERE IT ALREADY WAS!!! I should not have to scroll to see MY MINI, along with all the goodies I PAID MONEY FOR that it is wearing! On my laptop, I have to scroll now to see my mini at all – NOT GOOD!
Also, why change the “favorites” to a tab? It was convenient the way it was, had my selected fave’s there to choose from, THEN the list of all games below that… now I have to choose one or the other… I used it, and liked it, the way it was!

Simply put, I think the masses of customers who’s annual fees keep you in business have spoken. Put the homepage back to how it was. Also, I do not want anything that I do on Pogo on my facebook page.

Well, I guess I am right along with everyone else. The new homepage is unacceptable. When I log onto pogo, the first thing I want to see is my mini, my favorites, and everything else that pertains to me and my account, not all the pogo hogwash. After all, is this not what I am paying for.
I totally agree, this format is the pits!!!! Also POGO you have the same problem with your site not remember the players again. I have to sign in each time i leave the webpage. This was a problem you had about 3 months back, please fix it, it is so annoying to have to sign in each and every time.

Its like going out for a dinner we expect good service for what we pay for..I feel that i am not getting what i paid for. Do not like this one bit. Put it back. OMG! Can’t believe all the negative feedback! Are you listening Pogo? They have not even published all comments. This is third one posted and the previous have never shown up in list and BELIEVE me it took forever to scroll through the whole list there are so many. Rochelle said she designed this from customer feedback. HUH???? I can’t imagine with all this negativity that she really ever conferred with members in the design. This is the most horrible thing Pogo could ever have done. Study each comment and then change it back to what it was.

THE OLD FORMAT WAS MUCH BETTER,AND THE GAMES GAVE YOU MORE TOKENS OTHER THAN TAKEING THEM FROM YOU. I LIKE TO PLAY FOR RELAXATION,AFTER A BUSY DAY AT WORK , NOT TO COME HOME TO MORE FRUSTRATION. It seems the only one’s that like the new changes would be the Pogo staff and those who help create it new look! Well, I have to say the new home page is horrible. It took so long to load the home page and to load any of the games. it searches, then process to run the program moves as if it’s in slow motion that’s if it does freeze up in the process. I’m sure Pogo has heard the expression that if it’s not broke why then fix it. Then why? would they change something that was working well for the majority of it’s players. Well, if we (my husband and I) continue to have problems with this new format, I believe we may call it quits to Pogo for good! My husband hates it more than myself and he NEVER complains about anything. Pogo, please leave well enough alone and let your paying members enjoy just playing the games without adding problems for the rest of us. Please consider your members from what I read, we all pretty much agree,it’s was a bad idea to update to this new look. Sorry, but it is really HORRIBLE!!!!!
I HATE the new home page. If you insist on doing this awful thing that obviously your confused designers like, give us an option of keeping the old home page. That one was bad enough after your last change. Quit trying to change something that works really well and is extremely profitable for you.

The new homepage SUCKS. It’s CONFUSING. And it HURTS MY EYES. Go back to the way you had it. You just changed it not too long ago. For pete’s sakes leave things alone! So glad I don’t spend real money for my subscription anymore.
I am not to thrilled about this new home page pogo…it looks to cluttered for some reason and now I can’t see my mini without scrolling down the page and I am not a fan of seeing game whatever moving over and over again OK I get it you have a whatever going on in that box but do we have to see the same thing over and over again and in our FACE with it. The page color hurts my eyes also,I liked having a light colored background not all this white now. Bring back some color or better yet the otherhomepage at least the page didn’t hurt my eyes like this one dose now.
I hate what you have done with the home page…I do not need my favorite games or my friends list spread over 2 pages of valuable monitor space…I keep trying to consolidate and your wasting my space. Put it back the way it was and leave it alone…fix what is wrong like the games not loading especially in pinochle, pool, canasta…put the rooms back in canasta…get rid of those ridiculous embedded rooms…I hate them. I want a customer service phone # that you can actually talk to someone and get rid of your useless crap you have fill out in here. If you want to be customer friendly to your members you need to get a dept that actually works. Pogo used to be fun..uncomplicated…worked and was a joy to play in…now it’s mostly just a frustration. IT’S NO FUN ANYMORE.

I hate it if it wasnt broke why fix it. its to crowed and cluttered . bring back the old one please. we pay for pogo so why cant we have it the way we like it.
So I put 25,000 tokens into my mini and now it is miniscule. Everything that says this is MY home page is missing–aand the badges I’m working on are on the right–I read left to right, why put the important things as the last thing I look at. Someone commented this is the new facebook Pogo–they are right. And this is as bad as the new FB they put out and they lost tons of people. Pogo is shooting itself in the foot.
