While the new design is straightforward and should be easy to navigate, we want to call out some of the highlights:
Most Recently Played Games Bar. Placed at the top, this bar allows you to add these games to your “My Favorites” list by simply clicking the little ‘heart’ icon in the upper left corner. Now you can quickly get to your favorites, and add new favorites to latest discoveries!
Bigger Spotlight and News Section! See top Pogo News stories as soon you as visit, and preview Spotlights using the icon bar, or just wait for them to scroll through on their own.
Member’s “My Stuff” on the Middle Left! Find your Mini, your token and gem counts, and other important account information.
Challenge Information on the Right! Find all your current activated challenges and recent badge information
Navigation Tabs! Choose between “Favorites”, “Categories” and “Games A-Z” We’ve added game icons to the “Favorites” tab so you can see the visual representation of those games you like best!
Not user friendly. Not appealing to the eye. Bring back the old or try something different cause this ain’t working. Like someone said earlier – if it ain’t broke – and if no one is complaining about it – don’t fix it. Were there complaints about the old format? Did those complaints out number the complaints from the new format?

I could probably eventually learn to navigate it, but all that “white” is blinding. The most important parts are on the right not the left. We do read left to right you know.
Just when I thought it could not get any worse, It did. This has been the worse year I have seen in pogo. What is going on pogo. trying to thin out the members you have. From the comments I have just read, you may loose some.Try leaveing GOOD ENOUGH ALONE.

POGO if you paid someone or some company for this new homepage, you need to get your money back. This is worse than trying to navigate a goverment website. Try interviewing real POGO user next time before you change anything. The new homepage is useless.

This was supposed to be streamlined and easy to use? I find it cluttered and not user friendly.
I do not like the new homepage..Its confusing and complicated..Yes change is okay but not this way..Come on be for real you should ask for everyones insite on how the homepage should be..Your customers pay a membership to be on club pogo so we should all have a say so in the matter..Bring the old page back or ask for everyones opinion on how the page should look..

I do not like the new home page!!!! Who are the idiots who thought this up. The new home page is extremely confusing and not well arranged. At least give us the option of which home page to use. The new home page does not include all of the games and they are not arranged by groups.
I have been an active player for 6 1/2 years and will not renew next June, if this “new” home page remains. For those of us “Senior Citizens,” POGO has been a Godsend helping us to keep our minds active and alert. I don’t care to learn a new system.
I spent 40+ years in IT and would never have allowed this change to occur. It is too radical of a change. I would have fired the idiots who proposed this change. They did not give any consideration of the effect it would have on the membership.
I also hate this new look home page. Please bring back the old one.
I thought I was signed out when I left a game to go to the home page. The “new” home page looks like the sign in page…UGLY and very unorganized.
Why shrink the mini that many people have paid for(GEMS)and hide half of it for your, Pogo’s, self advertising. I know I WONT BE BUYING GEMS ANY MORE.
Why change the Challenges from the left to the right? Do we not read from the left to the right.

I to am thinking of dropping you guys like you dropped me last month. I’ve lost my 10 yrs of badges and friends, and tokens and even the gems I had left. why? because you didn’t let me know that you would no longer take pay by cash or pay pal or pay by electronic check. you had told it in Aug and I was watching my sister die. I was using the 3 mo. of pogo ea cards to get me to Oct 3 when my soc sec comes in, but no phone number works any more no type chat exists anymore..why do you hate us so much? I’m 67 and in the 10 years have made more good friends then I ever thought of! and now this horrid, unfriendly “home”(?) page? I can’t imagine losing those dear friends, but I can’t afford to keep a club membership up, if every time I play the games wont!! right now I am on the 2 week for free deal and was happy for it till I can renew my old account and have my 27 million tokens and the few gems I had left and my badges. My temporary player name is happyjudylyn..but I assure you ..I AM NOT HAPPY! please make this right for me again. as a Christian, I pray your eyes will be opened to us, your older and long term players, and that you will go back to the comfortable home page we all can navigate, and that has served us so well these 10 lovely years. (this caos seemed to start when you hooked up with Face book, and the overflow of players came with it.)
Holy crap. I’m typing r. . .e . . . a . . . l . . . l . . .y slow. This new page stinks. I think I have seen 4 positive comments and I scrolled through tons. They must all be NON paying members looking for their free membership. Well you better get used to that Pogo. I will not be renewing when my subscription is up. I hated the embedded games but dealt with it to a point. I just didn’t play those games and was already considering not renewing because of it. This is just too much. Change things back or give us an option and I’ll perhaps reconsider. Continue on this avenue of “change” that is just uncalled for, ugley and non-user friendly and you lose more money, and from what I’ve read – you’re going to lose a TON of money.

Guess I should have checked out the new home page a little closer, but I’m not afraid of change, but my word this is not very friendly looking at all, or easy on the eye. guess someone is sitting back with their feet on the desk saying oops…..you have a lot of unhappy members. I will not get out of pogo because of it, just saying.
WOW took me forever to find a comment that someone liked the new Pogo page…OH WAIT…no one likes it! Hopefully these comments reach those that need to see them. I am sure it took many hours for this design to be made public. Congratulations on your hard work. PLEASE for the love of those that still enjoy a small part of pogo, bring the original home page back!

I Hate the new Home Page . It is awfull and who ever thought of it should be canned. Put the old one back on , at least you could find what you are looking for. It is not user friendly and for us older people to much to handlel. The way it was, was just fine. I have been with pogo over 10 yrs and this is the worse. And i am paying for it, what a laugh.
I do not like this new layout at all. It is elementary and extremely cluttered. You stated your spotlight and news section was bigger so we could see top stories as soon as logging in, but I’m guessing people want to play first and read news later. It was much nicer when we had a “personal” feel to our home page…with our carefully dressed mini easy to see, but now we have a much smaller mini and a whole bunch of cluttered nonsense and unwanted extras. If you must change something, why don’t you do something for the positive… like adding snapshots pages, or even the ability to better arrange our mini mall collection (i.e. short sleeved, long sleeved tops, short hair, long hair, etc.). Please listen to your paying customers and return our home page back to normal!
I use my pogo membership to wind down after a stressfull day at work. To get home, get comfortable and log on and then have to scroll around, figure out and be a little lost is defeating that goal. My guess is that the new home page has some kind of revenue ramifications…..selling ads or something like that. Hey, I’m middle aged, I’m tired and I wanna just play my games!! Ok? That’s what I am paying for. Hopefully Pogo will listen…we are the customers after all!
I have to agree with everyone else that posted their comments here. I do NOT like what you at Pogo did to the home page. I rather liked seeing the green..as us club pogo players viewed it. Now it looks like a regular members home page! I’d like my green page back! PLEASE????

It never fails that another website with too much staff create make-work projects to keep people employed without any consideration or consultation from paying members. What a farce. Just leave things alone already, you made us swallow the embedded games garbage and now this. Tell us why again why we should renew or memberships? You don’t listen to the majority!

I agree with every else–the new home page is horrible. Every time some one has something good, they think they need to “new and improve” it. Facebook has done it too. Why can’t you just leave things the way we are used to them. I think the Pogo subscribers have spoken. Now, will you listen?
NOT happy with new format, actually HATE it! After work I like calm and cozy, which WAS the way I felt about POGO, can’t say I feel the same vibes now. Please restore the former POGO format, this is too bright, not warm and not friendly.

Don’t like the new homepage. The mini should be the first thing we see at the top of the screen. Don’t want to see the games I recently played. It’s hard to see which challenges are done at a glance – no more green check next to each one. Wish POGO would ask for suggestions before they make changes.
Does anyone know when the Christmas & holiday mini items will be available ??
WTF!! I pay you people every year for Club Pogo but I now plan to CANCEL as soon as it runs out. I have not been able to even PLAY any of the games. Nothing loads when I click to play it. I have not read ONE good comment on this page. Why the hell would you even TRY to think things are better by doing this?? If anyone knows about Myspace, that is what THEY did. They TRIED to make it better, now it is a ghost town, facebook is heading that way and now Pogo is. I have been a faithful member since 2005 but come March, My renewal will not go through. Stick it!! You made it uneasy to navigate or even PLAY a game.
I just don’t get it…Pogo seems to be going out of their way in the last year to make itself as unappealing as possible, AND THEY’RE SUCCEEDING. The old homepage with the blue & gold colors was very warm to look at but now it’s totally stark & completely ugly. Add to this the fact that there is basically no possible way to get in contact with Pogo anymore. I don’t know Pogo…with heavy duty competition from Facebook one would think you would step up your game…I just see you throwing in the towel…It’s a shame really, you HAD a really good thing going.
Terrible home page!!! Change it back, please! My mini is small and not visible unless I scroll to it. The stuff you’ve decided to major on is all wrong. You tout that you had “us in mind” for all the changes…I don’t honestly think so!

the page is toooo busy. i dont like all of the junk across the top of the page and all the pink hearts. go back to the old page style. much easier to navigate. too many colors and it seems it would appeal to children rather than adults.
i never leave posts to unmaned pages that no one in charge will ever look at. but this new home page sucks!
I actually dont mind this new page at all. I can read the A-Z list of games better than the previous one. I can view my mini just fine and favorites. I dont see any wasted space at all. Thank you POGO! Change is good!

I have been a member of Pogo since 2001 but…… this really is just one change to many that only serve to screw things up and piss off the members. We stop paying our membership fees you have no site. I guess you either don’t care about Pogo members or figure we are just a bunch of idiots with nothing better to do with our computer time…. sorry but most of my free computer time will now be spent on Facebook!!! WILL NOT RENEW MY MEMBERSHIP WHEN IT EXPIRES THIS TIME!!!
so sorry cindyL309..facebook is forever changing their pages also, thats why I don’t go there anymore either except to see if my kids leave me pics to see of them and my grandkids..and that sight is free and I still dont go to it..only my kids and grandkids wikk bring me to it..other than that, face book can shove it also

I have to agree POGO. I do not like the new layout. All the badge info should be on the left and the ad’s should NOT be front and center. I know you are owned by EA and they are shameless with their cash grabs, but I am already paying for my membership and thus have shown that I am willing to spend money on your site. I do not need to have ad’s be the first thing I see when I log in. The color is just dreadful. I really liked the darker blue and cream colors you used to have, especially when it was offset by the green on the free page.
A great test you could do would be to offer your Club members the Option to cancel their membership and prorate the time left in their subscription back to them. With all the people threatening to not renew, it would be a good way to see if this change is going to cost you more then it will gain you in the long run. I really don’t want POGO to pull a Netflix and gamble on their members just sucking it up and paying. Please at least make some small changes to make it feel a little more like it used to.
I was here from the start of Pogo, I have never won anything but Wallpaper, Badges and what can one do with that! In the past we could bid on prizes with our points and that made sense. Now we don’t really know how you pick the winners, not fair, bring back the old system! THE POINTS ARE WORTHLESS AND THIS SHOULD BE CHANGED.
