Most Recently Played Games Bar. Placed at the top, this bar allows you to add these games to your “My Favorites” list by simply clicking the little ‘heart’ icon in the upper left corner. Now you can quickly get to your favorites, and add new favorites to latest discoveries!
Bigger Spotlight and News Section! See top Pogo News stories as soon you as visit, and preview Spotlights using the icon bar, or just wait for them to scroll through on their own.
Member’s “My Stuff” on the Middle Left! Find your Mini, your token and gem counts, and other important account information.
Challenge Information on the Right! Find all your current activated challenges and recent badge information
Navigation Tabs! Choose between “Favorites”, “Categories” and “Games A-Z” We’ve added game icons to the “Favorites” tab so you can see the visual representation of those games you like best!
I really hate it! Why do they feel the need to change things every few months? They say its a new and modernized design but I don’t consider a year ago the good old days. I mean, how much modern does one need before it becomes not modern but confusing? I think someone at Pogo just needs to keep busy designing weird home pages so they can say they are doing work and can keep their job. Bleghh to the new home page.
Your comment caught my eye Tadpole…have you ever checked out the actual EA games website??? If you do, you will see why they are slowly but surely destroying our beloved Pogo! I can’t even stand to look at EA game site for more than 30 seconds…talk about weird and bizarre…

Is it only me, or has any of you other “old timers” noticed how horribly the numbers of players have fallen off to just a smidge compared to what they once were???? This site can be accessed pretty much worldwide and only a handful (comparatively speaking) are playing at any given time??? It’s just too, too sad!
As many of you have already stated the obvious, IF IT AIN’T BROKE, DON’T FIX IT!!!!

The “old” was unique and easier to use. Now, it is like everything else. What a shame to change a good thing. Sometimes new is not better.
Pogo has been a part of my daily life for quite a long time, it has been my homepage almost from day one. While I do not like the new home page format I realize somebody took a long time and a lot of effort to format it….. too bad we the members were not asked what we would have liked as changes. I have seen all of my favorite sites pretty much changed in the same way, “bells and whistles” changed so someone can say “hey look what we can do” kinda reminds me of the old joke,,,,” fella driving through the woods in his old pickup.. says”here, hold my beer and watch this”
Instead of trying new garbage that no one wants, why don’t you FIX the problems you have with slow waits between screens, and all the FREEZING, and GETTING BOOTED, so we can enjoy playing POGO. Years ago we had NO problems!!!I HATE THE NEW PAGE!!!
I think that the new page is unpleasant and I do not like how the page layout was made. I cannot find anything and just wished they put everything back.
If you’re a child then I guess it alright, but most of us are adults and I am just one who does not like it.
I have talked with many of my friends and they all say the same thing they don’t like what Pogo has done with the new page.
Since Pogo has done many upgrade changes to the main page and all this is doing is creating havoc with players of not completely understanding where to go or whatever.
My motto is why fix it if it’s not broke? All this does is mess things up and since you have intermissions at the tables you cannot say any longer that it’s ads free because it’s not.!
Ads free means 0 ads.
I am more than confused on this one, one of my accounts has got the new layout (which I do not like)and my other account still has got the old layout. While I am open to change, I feel that I do not start reading a book from the right hand side and therefore why move the most important features to the right. Please return to the old layout so we are not so confused

I do NOT like the new homepage Find it very confusing. Why can’t Pogo leave well enough alone. Too much white on the new homepage and that is very hard on the eyes. Thinking twice about renewing my Pogo subscription.

The new page is strange. I preferred the old one but I guess I can adapt. The one thing I wish you would do is bring up the home page instead of that KENO POP Page. I would much rather see the home page instead. I always have to select the home page and personally I don’t think we should have to do that.
I don’t like it either must be an idiot that designed it. It suck really bad. If you want to play a game you don’t normally play youreally have to hunt now.
I dont like the new homepage . Only part of it loads for me. I dont know why they had to change it to begin with i thought it was just fine before.
Very confusing and hard to look at. I can’t find anything. I agree with changing it back.
What is so new and great about this page????? I liked my favorites in a list not how it is now. I agree with most of the posters here that it is not pleasing. What does Pogo consider new and modernized? Putting little picture boxes up top? Why do we need a picture box for our favorites? This is not streamline. Not sure why they needed to mess with a good thing.

I agree with everyone. HATE this new page. It is awful, not like a club member page at all. Used to see my mini right away and the weekly and daily challenges nicely positioned. This new layout is a MESS

The new page is NOT user friendly – why do you always have to change things and make them unlikable……….who thinks up these unfriendly designs……………..you make me not want to use the site — FB did the same thing – People get tired of all the new rules, changes, not good………………..
p.s. do what i do.. i made my friends page my homepage, and go to my favorite games from ” my favorites” list once it’s set up i never go back to home page :)
I will echo many of the sentiments above. I don’t like the new home page. Specific reasons:
White on white background and large amounts of unused space- very unprofessional and hard on the eyes. This looks like a class project in elementary web page design. . . . for grade school.
Cannot keep “my favorites” and the list of the rest of the games open at the same time- seriously? The favorites section doesn’t need to be in such a huge font.
The mini so low in the screen- what is the point of buying things and dressing up if it can’t be easily seen?
Hate the huge amount of space taken up by “RECOMMENDED games” – HATE that. Period. End of discussion.
Half of my page is white. Nothing on it after the last of the games list? Is this where Pogo will post an apology for the mess that the homepage has become?
Like many others, I also am getting the “you are posting comments too quickly, slow down” message when I try to submit. I type decently so this will be an interesting test of how slowly I must type.
Thanks for your specifics, Wearymomjd. I think you’ve captured it for me very well. This looks so juvenile that words fail one. It’s hard to find anything except what Pogo/EA wants to cell us. Yeah, I get it. This is a business, but they don’t listen to us and things have gone downhill for last year or so. It’s just too bad money comes before customer satisfaction.
I guess I could live with the way too generic white background, but you have to put the things that have been on the left for over 10 years back. We are not in Japan – in the U.S./Canada/UK we are accustomed to reading left to right. The badges we are working on should be on the left as they have always been. Please don’t misunderstand my remarks. I love Japan. I have lived there. If we were there, I would fully expect this site to be read right to left. But we are not so please put it back.
Look, I understand the desire for an overhaul, but it is just too many things at once. And what happened to the yellow. It was nice and soft on the eyes. Yellow/gold is a major color in the Club Pogo logo. Is that the next thing to be redone?
Maybe we should get back to focusing on creating original games, fixing the mini mall, or games that have been broken for years rather than tinkering with the things that were perfect already. I still don’t understand why there hasn’t been a new card game in years. There are literally hundreds of card games out there so why haven’t we seen one in years. Instead we get regurgitated games from other sites, games geared for little children, and games where you have to pop balloons incessantly. How about a slot game that works more like the ones in Vegas where there are more interaction in the bonus levels? Or you could even just update the games you already have. We want you to focus your time on those things rather than changing home pages or friends lists or chat recoloring or other things that are working just fine already.
Wow! I hope the people at POGO are listening to us all. All these negative comments will surely let them know that their idea of better SUCKS! When this page loaded I thought it was a horrible mistake. I too will reconsider renewing my subscription for next year if this page remains.
Ohhhhh, such a big DISLIKE! Instead of messing with the homepage, why not give us more tabs for the mini mall closets? That’s where we need improvements.
This new setup, is so blah! Lack luster. The last few changes to the homepage have been a thumb’s down, and this one is on that same track. Ick! Everything seems all over the map. Leave well enough alone!!!!

“Streamlined” and better???? ARE YOU INSANE???? This is horrible, cant find anything, cant see anything and its ugly too. I dont need some stupid tab to get in my way, not to mention, cant find my badges I;m working on, cant find the list of games I want to play, cant see my full Mini, and the whole thing is ridiculous confusing. THIS SUCKS!!! I pay for this service and Im not going to pay for something that was working just fine and nicley organized to go to junk. I clearly am 1 of about 900 people at least that think this is crappy. Change it back to the way it was, if we as your customers wanted a change we would have been suggesting it. DONT pretend like you “did this for us, or ‘made it better’……………give us back the way it was and quit messing things up!!!!!!
This has to be the worst thing you people at pogo have ever come up with. Hard to find what you want when you had it so easy before. Bothers my eyes and what little brain I have left. Just put back the old way. I do not care to even remotely become use to this.

The new home page will take a little getting used to but I don’t find it difficult to navigate at all. It is more modern and I like the layout. Just go with the flow, in a short time the old page will not even be missed.
I dont like the new set up for the homepage, very disorganized and looks like one BIG advertisement in the center of the page. I thought by paying an annual fee that advertising would be a thing of the past. Not happy at all.
PLEASE PUT EVERYTHING BACK. This is so BAD i DONT EVEN WANT TO PLAY. You can give me back my membership if this is what we have to deal with now!!!!!

After reading some of the comments about your new home page and other changes,are you going to take any action ? Your customers do not want this change, is that so hard to understand. If you cannot give us what we want then different arrangments may have to be made.
Oh good grief people, so it’s new, so it’s different. It’s all there, just like before, and in some ways enhanced. Give it some time and you will get used to it. Change is good.

The new homepage sucks as much as the embedded games do, and that’s a lot. Pogo obviously doesn’t care about the people who pay to play here, so I’m going to do what a lot of folks have apparently already done and not renew my subscription. I know I won’t be missed, but I’m no longer happy with this site.
Horrible! Not pleasant to look at..not easy to navigate..not organized so you can find games. Who’s in charge at pogo hdqtrs? Did you ever hear of “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it”??? Do any of pogo’s designers/programmers ever play on the site. Bring back the old..or I’m finding another game site. This is beyond ridiculous.
