Most Recently Played Games Bar. Placed at the top, this bar allows you to add these games to your “My Favorites” list by simply clicking the little ‘heart’ icon in the upper left corner. Now you can quickly get to your favorites, and add new favorites to latest discoveries!
Bigger Spotlight and News Section! See top Pogo News stories as soon you as visit, and preview Spotlights using the icon bar, or just wait for them to scroll through on their own.
Member’s “My Stuff” on the Middle Left! Find your Mini, your token and gem counts, and other important account information.
Challenge Information on the Right! Find all your current activated challenges and recent badge information
Navigation Tabs! Choose between “Favorites”, “Categories” and “Games A-Z” We’ve added game icons to the “Favorites” tab so you can see the visual representation of those games you like best!
I tried to post a comment agreeing with all the people who not only dislike, but HATE the new format….hit submit, and got a message “I was posting too fast”. Hello? Another obvious indication that POGO doesn’t like or cannot absorb criticism. Really…”posting too fast”???? Let’s see if this one goes through while i wait 5 minutes to post.
it’s not modern, it’s CR^P. The different colors and boarders/banners are what make it easy to navigate. Come on EA, you’re better than this…. Put a designer that’s not afraid of colors in charge next time.
did you hire martha stewert to make this confusing homepage, i’m glad there are alot more places to play games, cause pogo is going further down the crapper unless they listen to the ones who pay and the only time you hear from pogo is when we do something pogo don’t like, just like bowling you have to go to uk setting to bowl with regular pins. hey pogo stop messing up.

OMG!!!!! YOU AND YOUR WONDERFUL STAFF ARE DOING “NO GOOD” AGAIN!!!!! PUT BACK THE OLD HOMEPAGE and get rid of all these “supposedly” computer geniuses who have talked you into this horrible move! Really tired of all the games not loading right and now this thing you call an “updated” or “new” home page! LOSE IT FAST, STOP COMPETING with others and start listening to what the “people want! As you can see, I have 2 names, one for my wife. We have been faithful pogo members for over 10 years, and We have NEVER seen such an abominable change made to an entirely good Homepage as has been made to Pogo. Her membership runs out in Jan. I will not be renewing unless the old page is returned and when mine runs out, ditto!!
I hope POGO gets gets its **** together, because we both enjoy the variety of the games, and, most of the time,(compared to other game sites)Pogo games run extremly well
After reading every comment, I make it 445 Dislikes (hates) to 5 Likes. Make that 446 Dislikes!
Want a concrete example of time better spent? How about fixing Jigsaw Detective so that players receive credit for player on the difficult level? This has been a known issue for over four years! Granted, new episodes are no longer offered, but the game remains active (as it should) and is worth fixing. Other example exists, I feel certain, but this is one that comes immediately to mind. So, Pogo, why does completely re-designing a home page that works properly come to your mind as a priority?
Hate the new page. Bring back the old one. To confusing to get around and looks to much like facebook page which I don’t care for either. It wasn’t broke, don’t fix it. Listen to your pogo players.
This really gets me, try to submit comment and it tells me I am posting to fast. What is that suppose to mean? This is the 2nd time I tried to post a comment and it won’t let me in.
wow did you mess up, although it looks like you simply don’t have common scene / didn’t test the new design, just make something smaller, and it looks like a similar problem with the friends list. but looking at what it is supposed to look like i still think that even once fixed it will still look horrible. it would be understandable, but when its been like this for so long, and you know it horrible and people have been telling you its horrible it just unbearable, you need to get off your couches and stop being start fixing things, ever if it may cost you more for a while, at this rate all of your paying customers will quit. current alot of pogo is entirely broken. list of broken thisgs: games with table based rooms, the freinds list, the homepage, and i could go on and on and on about things currently broken.
You know, normally I wouldn’t leave a message……but I have to agree with everyone else so far………DO NOT LIKE IT! The layout if off, and I have to scroll way down the page just to see the left hand column. I don’t think this is a case of “getting used to the new format”……..I actually can find most items. (And I actually DO have an advanced college degree!) Now I’m trying to submit and get the error that I’m posting a comment too quickly? Just how am I doing that??? I’m so confused! I’m feeling a little dizzy going back and forth! Maybe I need to slow down even more!!!…………..

too dislike this new look, I will not be renewing my membership. I have been a paying member since 2003 and quite frankly I have gotten bored with POGO. Too many glitches too often, not enough challanges for the card games and now the home page, it is horrible! My subscription is up in January.

I”m sorry to say that I am among the ranks of those who intensely dislike this new home page. To me, it looks like something designed for five year old children. The old home page was much classier and more welcoming. This one is all over the place.

i think my 8 year old grandson could have done a better and more organized job for the new homepage.will not renew when due in feb.i think that things should have been fixed in the game area like loading freezing and lagging POGO it wasn’t broke before but it is now.

This homepage is ONE BIG MESS. PLEASE go back back to old homepage. I realise that your employee’s need something to do, SO PLEASE have them fix this problem/ the mini is one of the focal points for us long term pogo players, having it at the bottom left of the screen defeats the purpose. I like to see my mini when I go to the home page.
I think the people have spoken here, pogo bosses. The overwhelming opinion is IF IT AIN’T BROKE DON’T FIX IT.

I hate the new page. It is not as easy to navigate through and doesn’t make any sense at all. My philosphy is “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” and the old page was not broken. Please give us back something easy to work with.
What is wrong with you pogo????… Ever since you started bringing in the awful embedded games, you little by little are throwing away one of the best, or should I say “use-to-be” best game sites around….How can you call this an improvement??… When I signed up for membership, this site was so warm and comfortable… It was like coming into my own living room with all the warm colors and comfy atmosphere…Now it’s like walking into a hospital waiting room…(and I don’t know of anyone that likes a waiting room)….You keep moving things around so much, that it feels more like you’re trying to run us older members off… If WE don’t like what you are doing, what makes you think new members will like it???… We members, that have been here a while are the members that made pogo what it is… I’ve stopped recommending pogo to my friends a year ago, and have already lost a few of my friends that have signed up do to your ridiculous changes…I don’t like anything about the home page, and your attitude thinking “we’ll get use to it”, is getting real old and very insulting to say the least…Open your ears…WE DON’T LIKE IT…….Whoever designed this and whoever approved this needs to find another job…
I totally agree with you and many others. We have never had so much issues since they added all the embedded games. After that they just made the site worse and worse.

This new homepage is anything but “exciting” ! It is confusing, not at all user friendly and looks like a novice planned it out. It was fine before.

I spent some time playing around with the new homepage and I found it easy to navigate. Also, it appears much brighter and uncluttered. Nice change. I like it. Good job!
For the love of all that is good, CHANGE IT BACK!!!! I want my mail notifications and guest book comments and gifts and mini available for seeing right when I log in, not have to scroll down for them. This is way too busy, much more than I thought it would be. I am NOT impressed. I hate it!! Can we find a way to compromise here at all for those who like the old page and want that one and others who like the new one can keep it? You know, a choose your layout option?

Wow, who designed this???? Talk about user unfriendly, simply dreadful. The look is hard visually, and in chaos. This NEW Homepage is a pure nightmare. User friendly should always be the key to any public page and especially for a game site such as pogo. If any of us wanted to be tech’s we would be. I had my husband who designs web sites look at this “New” page and his response was ,you have got to be kidding, that’s a mess. Someone did this who knows nothing about organization, easy and pleasent to the eye, let alone appealing. In other word someone who has no idea what web design is about. I fully concur as for me it frankly makes my head hurt.

Well add me to the do not like list! I know pogo isdumping all these remarks in the trash bin, but oh well here we go. I just had my homepage updated today to the new one,I HATE IT. I don’t need to know what games I played last, I could not care less what games I played last. That part of the page is useless!! I hate having to switch between tabs to find all the games or my favorites, and I hate having to scroll down the page to see all of my favorites, and those stupid icons on favorites list too spread out. I don’t like having to scroll down the page to see my mini either. The whole page is awful!!
So, it seems there are no more free badges. I chose weekly challenges and was taken to a payment schedule. I really am disappointed. I will probably not renew.
Horrible, absolutely horrible. The embedded games are bad enough (I have to switch browsers to see a whole game).
The homepage looks very childish and antiseptic.

HEY POGO, YOU REALLY MESSED UP THIS TIME. THIS NEW FORMAT IS VERY CONFUSING. YOU WOULD DO BETTER TO GIVE THE MEMBERS WHAT THEY WANT AND NOT WHAT YOU WANT. ALSO, THESE WORTHLESS TOKENS THAT YOU PUT SO MUCH STOCK IN FOR PEOPLE TO WIN WHILE PLAYING COULD BE USED FOR A BETTER PURPOSE. I AM SUGGESTING THAT YOU ALLOW THE PLAYERS TO PURCHASE A GEM FOR EVERY TEN THOUSAND TOKENS EARNED IF THEY SO CHOOSE. YOU HAVE ELIMINATED SO MANY FREE BADGES SO THAT NOW A PLAYER HAS TO PURCHASE THEM WITH GEMS. I agree…I think we should be able to buy gems with tokens…or game episodes. I play the Hidden Object games alot, and there are only a few “free” episodes…the rest have to be purchased with gems. I think this is ridiculous!!! We PAY to PLAY on this site…we shouldn’t have to pay to play episodes of a game we like. That’s why we chose to have a subscription~so we can play the games we like, with no ads (which seems like we are seeing more and more ads now). The new layout sucks, we aren’t asked our opinion on anything, the games freeze or boot you out, and we are forced to pay even more than the subscription rate if we want to pay more episodes, update our minis, etc. I don’t think I will be renewing my subscription in December!
