At Pogo, we want players to feel safe while enjoying their favorite games. Recently, we’ve seen an increase in scam messages that may appear in the Message Center pretending to be from Pogo or EA support.
These messages are not from Pogo and may try to trick players into sharing personal information.
Here are a few things to know to keep your account safe.
⚠️ Watch Out for Scam Messages
Some players have reported receiving messages that include phone numbers and instructions to call for help with their account.
These messages are fraudulent.
Pogo will never ask you to call a phone number or provide personal information through a Message Center message.
If you receive a message like this, do not respond or call the number provided.
To help keep players informed, we’ve also added an Important Reminder directly on the Message Center page highlighting these safety tips.

Pogo will never ask you to:
- Call a phone number for account support
- Share your password
- Provide personal or financial information through messages
- Send account details to unknown users
If a message asks for any of these things, it should be considered suspicious.
