February is here, and whether you’re chasing badges, checking off daily challenges, or just enjoying a relaxing game session, there’s plenty to love on Pogo this month. As we head deeper into 2026, our focus remains the same: making your time on Pogo as smooth, fun, and rewarding as possible.
One of our biggest priorities right now is improving how we support you when things don’t go quite as planned. That’s why we’re actively working on a new Player Support Page—a dedicated, one-stop shop designed to help you stay informed and get help faster.
Once live, this page will make it easier to:
- Report issues you may be experiencing
- See what known issues are currently being worked on
- Track what’s been resolved and what updates are on the way
Our goal is transparency and clarity, so you always know what’s happening on Pogo and where to go when you need assistance.
In addition to this upcoming improvement, Pogo now officially has its own EA Help Page once again. 🎉 This means players have a direct place to get help with account issues, missing items, purchases, and more—backed by the EA Help team.

Welcome to the Construction Zone! Here is where you will find the latest on game updates. What is currently “under construction” on Pogo? As often as I can, I’ll sit down with the Pogo team and get the latest info on which games are being worked on and what’s coming. I will always post more details when I have them available. Please understand updates are subject to change.
Please understand that unless an announcement comes directly from EA and/or Pogo, we cannot endorse it as true. All games and updates reported here in the Construction Zone have been given the “go ahead” and are on track to come out. Anything else that is reported is speculation right now.
