Secondly, the team is aware of the following issues and actively investigating these problems:
- Renewal Gems
- Pogo Daily Sudoku not saving progress
- Merge Academy Garbage Can
- Merge Academy Storage
- Players not being awarded the Dandy Lion Badge from the Sweet Tooth Town IGE
One additional issue that we’re actively investigating is the forums. There was a fix sent out last week that should resolve the loading issues and you should have no problem accessing the forums moving forward.
Finally, we have an update regarding the issue with the Solitaire Home Story Season Pass that began on 4/9. We wish to inform you about the incident where progress was lost on the Solitaire Home Story Season Pass. This data loss was below both your expectations and our standards. As an apology, we will be issuing gems to all players affected by this data loss and also offering a full refund for any repeated purchases of the season pass. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused.

Welcome to the Construction Zone! Here is where you will find the latest on game updates. What is currently “under construction” on Pogo? As often as I can, I’ll sit down with the Pogo team and get the latest info on which games are being worked on and what’s coming. I will always post more details when I have them available. Please understand updates are subject to change.

- Pogi Constellation 26 “Soleil the Spring Piper” is coming 5 /6!
- On May 6, a new Pogi Constellation will shine in the skies above. All Pogi counts will be reset, giving everyone a fresh chance to climb the Bronze, Silver and Gold prestige levels and unlock a new selection of stellar rewards. Earning Pogi rewards is as simple as completing new Daily, Weekly, Premium and Event Challenges in your favorite Pogo games. The more Pogis you earn, the more rewards you unlock.
- Word Whomp Challenge Bundle begins 5/8 !
- Take a ride with Nestor as he visits colorful curiosities in the new Roadwide Wonders Badge Collection for Word Whomp HD. This new collection features five touristy spots, including the world’s largest strawberry and a giant Paul Bunyan.
- A Pet Lover’s Celebration Event begins 5/10!
- You’re invited to join a fluffy event — A Pet Lover’s Celebration! Amelia and Niles from Pogo Slots have been gift-giving as a token of love and appreciation.
