100% disabled Vietnam Veteran of the US Navy – served from 1960 to 1972 – served on 1 destroyer, 2 diesel submarines and 1 rescue and salvage ship – 2 med cruises and 1 westpac cruise – stationed in the Philippines and in Panang, Vietnam – was a navy salvage and saturation diver – I am a member of the Vietnam Vets/Legacy Vets Motorcycle Club in Dallas, Texas!

    Thank you Earl for ALL your service and your love of our country. May our Lord bless you and keep you always. We, my husband and our family, feel the same in regards to Jane Fonda and President Reagan. My husband also served in Viet Nam around the same time you were there and he also has a love of Harley Davidsons. Be careful and have a great 4th of July.     Thank you for your service to our Country. I so agree with your comment about Jane Fonda. I also agree with Ronald Reagan, a true American. I met him in 1976 and it was an honor to shake his hand. A great Governor of the Great State of California, and the best President of the USA, may he rest in peace. If I ever see a Harley with no rider, I’ll know who it is. Happy 4th to you.

I’ll even overlook your hero because you are my brother. ;-) (I secretly liked Ronnie, served during his reign). I would like to remove hate as the human emotion; imagine a world without war.     Thank you for your service to our great country, Earl! My husband was also in the Navy from ’57 thru ’61. He was stationed aboard the USS Twining during Vietnam. He also visited the Philippines during his time overseas. Thank you again for your service and enjoy the 4th!

    HAPPY 4TH. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE IN THE US NAVY. BOTH MY BROTHERS WERE IN THE NAVY.
    IN FACT I WANTED TO JOIN THE NAVY TOO. MY MOM WAS THE ONE WHO TALKED ME OUT OF IT. IT WAS
    FURING MY SENIOR IN HIGH SCHOOL THAT MY FATHER DIED. MOM SAID THAT SHE NEEDED ME TO STAY
    HOME. TO HELP HER. SHE SAID THAT SHE WOULD NEED ME AROUND THE HOUSE TO HELP HER OUT. SO
    I STAYED HOME TO HELP HER. I AM STILL VERY PARTIAL TO THE NAVY. WITH BOTH BROTHERS IN IT
    THE NAVY IS STILL THE BEST ARM SERVICE THERE IS. THANK YOU FOR SERVING IN THE NAVY. BOTH MY BROTHERS FEEL THE SAME WAY ABOUT JANE FONDA AS YOU DO. GOG BLESS YOU AND HOPE HE TAKES

      Terrorism is a state of mind and a lack of emotions. Terrorists are sociopaths who justify their mindless actions and killing by claiming they are doing it in the name of a higher power. Terrorism is not just an act it is a way of thinking, and way of life and a way of destruction, that those who value life cannot fathom. Terrorists glorify killing others while committing a suicidal act. Heroes sacrifice themselves while saving someone else’s life. We must never forget the sacrifices made by our military so that we can live relatively free from tyranny and terrorism. Earl, you are one of those heroes who gave of your time and sacrificed yourself in the service of America. THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. Chicken and choppers, Ride on Brother.

Being a military brat , I so understand the sacrifices you made in serving our Country, keeping all of us safe , so that we may continue enjoying our freedom .     Thanks for your service–My father also was in the Navy during Vietnam–He was on the USS-Philip DD and USS-Fletcher DD 445 and the USS- Mc Morris– I want to say thank you again and everyone who is and who was serving
