Login Screen: What’s Changing?
Players will still be able to use their existing credentials to login. However, there are a few important changes.
New Visual Look
The login screen will be a different shade of blue with a new font.

One-Time Email Verification for Some Players
You might need to verify your email address when logging in, if you haven’t previously done so. If verification is needed, you will only have to do this one time. Additionally, you will be able to change your email address if needed. To verify, you’ll need to copy a code sent to your email inbox. It should only take a couple minutes!
This helps keep your account secure, and also ensures we can reach you in case anything important impacts your account.
You will see this screen if email verification is needed:
New Ways to Sign In
You will be able to sign in on Pogo using your existing Google, Facebook, Apple, Steam, Xbox, or Playstation accounts. New buttons for each social login will appear at the top of the signin screen.
This is optional. If you prefer, you can continue to login using your email address and password.
If you try to login with one of these methods, and the same email is used for your Pogo account and the social account, it’ll prompt you to link the accounts. Once linked, you will be able to quickly login using your linked social account.
If you try to login with one of these methods, and different emails are used between the two accounts, then you’ll be prompted to create a new Pogo account. If this is the case, but you want to link your existing Pogo account, then you can do so manually within your EA account settings, under Connections.

How to Get Account Help
The ‘Trouble Signing In?” link and screen will be removed from the signin flow. If you are having issues with your password or account, you should click “Forgot your password?” on the login screen. Alternatively, you can contact EA/Pogo Help directly.
