Hello Pogo Community!
We’re rolling out the new Pogo sign-in page very soon. If you want a quick refresher on what is changing and why, please take a moment to read this article.
We wanted to make sure this transition is as smooth as possible, which is why we’re asking for your help. If you would like to be one of the first members of the Pogo Community to try out the new process and share your feedback, please let us know by responding to a post in the forum.
This test would not cover account migration to the EA Network. Rather, it’s simply to see how players fare going through the updated sign-in look. Depending on your situation, it may ask you to sign in with either your Pogo screen name or email address.
If you’re interested in trying out the new sign-in system, please go to the forum post and respond to that post with your username. Important note: Please let me know by 12 pm PT on Thursday, August 2 if you’d like to be included in the early roll-out before the rest of the Pogo Community.
Our aim is to move all volunteers to the new sign-in system on the morning of Monday, August 6. Please note that not everyone who volunteers will be selected. Those who are selected will be notified through their Club Pogo Inbox on Friday. We will also be providing an email address you may use to contact us in the event you are unable to sign in.
