Moving forward, the team has identified the following issues and is diligently working towards investigating and resolving them:
- Merge Academy energy timer stuck on 24 hours instead of 12
- Players getting kicked from Dice City Roller
- Solitaire Home Story loading issues for some players
- Level progress resets after completing level on Cookie Connect
- Cookie Connect not loading
- Non-responsive ads for free players
- Players locked out of Niles Pyramid in Pogo Slots
Additionally, several players have reported not receiving the notification code due to having an outdated email address linked to their account. If you encounter this issue, please reach out to EA Help: https://help.ea.com/en/solutions/?product=pogo&topic=update-ea-account.

As often as I can, I’ll sit down with the Pogo team and get the latest info on which games are being worked on and what’s coming. I will always post more details when I have them available.
